Finally, an Awards Committee that I'm not a member of so I can complain for once, yay :D ! No GMOTY nomination for Jumbo and Ruggsy despite finishing 2nd in the league with a team full of rookies and other non-capped players is a bit of a headscratcher. I was also hoping to have an outside shot at the Top Defensive Forward Award, but I know that's a tough one to decide and I had some weak spots as well in my statline, so not getting a nom was understandable. What I did not find understandable though was to then give two nominations to players from Newfoundland whose main top defensive player contribution it seemed to have been to simply be on a the team that dominated the season, cause I sure don't see them stand out much individually over a lot of other players on a lot of teams.

Still, congrats to everyone who was nominated and good luck in the final voting!
