Turning on injuries would be a huge mistake, just imagine a team with their top player just missing most of the season because of a random number generator saying they can't play. Would just be a horrible thing to add, and add-on that users would see their player missing time out of their control, just makes injuries in game a bad idea.

I think as a GM injuries on would be a nightmare. As a rookie mentor, nobody wants to see their player they've dedicated time on be forced not to play because of injuries.

I think turning on injuries would actually be fun, provided there's a way to limit it (probably not fun to have your player just suddenly have their career end).

It would be a bad idea because injuries are random and everyone would have to get 20 injuries then still get injured. Very bad times for people who get hurt especially when careers are short.

I think we need to turn on injuries because then we can injure two teams worth of players and finally contract the J by two teams which it sorely needs

My player, Leon Rizzton, has already suffered enough brutal injuries in his lore (his dick fell off). Turning injuries on would be a bad idea because I don’t want him to go through any more. He blocks too many shots and would probably die if the SHL allowed injuries.

This would be the best idea. You think all your builds will stand up to mind with injuries on? You're all scared of me and the power of the enforcer. Bringing injuries on would give you TRULY something to fear. Don't want to end your career early? Then fight me like a real player. Get good, skill issue kids

turning on injuries is a fantastic idea. honestly, I just want to have tooth loss confirmed. I'm assuming no one in this league has any of their real teeth yes but I want the sim to take it into account.

I say go full tilt and turn on injuries and also make it so the injured player has to pay more bankroll to train to get back to 100%. So a Torn ACL would be like an extra $20,000 for players in Canada but 2.5mil for those playing for American SHL teams.

It's a bad idea because it would kill the engagement of the player base if people players could randomly get injured. And we depend on people's engagement.

I couldn't think of a more fun way to spend a season than in the press box, doing PT's for no reason. I get it, it's not realistic to play without injuries, but at the end of the day we're all here for fun and being out injured over something you have literally zero control over is the exact opposite of fun.

Turning on injuries would be the worst idea in the history of sim sports. At the end of the day, it creates more "realism" sure, but nobody wants to put in the work of doing PTs, and building their player only to have their peak season(s) end in a injury.

Injuries would be interesting because I think they'd add an entirely different level to team building and make the league more complex, but I think it would also suck to do all the PTs and improve your player and miss an entire season.

That would be annoying to do all the work to improve your player and then have them be injured for half a season in my opinion.
