S73 mPT#4: Ice Ice, Baby

This week I've been in rinse and repeat mode at the couple of Oliver Heldens playlists, as I recently discovered I really get pumped with this music style.

Walter Sobchak's first song on his legendary playlist is Unfortunate Son, as it brings him to his days in Vietnam, riding in on a helicopter manning the machine gun.

Jon St. Ark listens to all sort of music, but since Halloween is almost upon us, he has been listening to a lot of spooky tracks lately. Recently, the theme song from Ghostbusters has been a consistent companion on long trips or when hanging out in the treatment room.

To be honest I have not been running a playlist lately. Just grinding what ever is coming up on Sirus fm, currently listening to shade 45 and hip hop nation.

The Beastie Boys' "Intergalactic" has been playing in my playlist on repeat for some time now, despite the fact I'm personally quite lukewarm on the song and the band.

I cannot stop listening to old Waka Flocka.  I don't know why but his old shit has been on repeat recently.  Especially Luv Da Gun Sound.  Brings me back.

Dave Heinrich: Well obviously the title of this interview causes a certain song to spring to mind and it is clearly going to be at the top of my playlist for the foreseeable future. That song being the classic hit Under Pressure by Queen and David Bowie.

Agent Tesla: I am pretty sure the top song on your playlist is Determined by Mudvayne as I trust it to motivate you to want to fight your way to wins.

Dave Heinrich: Well it is certainly up there at least and has been the top in general I would say.

Update Portal is always listening to the most important song to ever grace the planet. Some might call it Pomp and Circumstance, but the Raptors all know it as the entrance music for the Macho Man Randy Savage!

It's a mix of two Bad Brains songs, Sail On & Big Takeover. Both songs come from their legendary self titled release from 1982. Bad Brains really gets Alexi Piastri going before games.

I'd probably say Damn Good Time by Jordan Davis... Been a heck of a rebuilding season for Toronto and really looking forward to the future as we start turning around the records and generating excitement in the locker room.

Party hard by Andrew W.K is stuck at the top of the playlist for shopple as it hypes him up for any game. That is one of his favorites and has been for a long time.
