I think that our team have the best chance at winning the cup because we want to go back to back. We have every component in our squad that’s needed for a championship.

My expectations for the Regina Elk are not to high. We lost some real high-caliber players last season so I am expecting us to do a little worse this season but be really strong the following seasons.

Detroit have a really nice roster and given the spirit we showed as a team last season, the expectation I’ve got is a fairly deep run into the playoffs. Obviously the league is very competitive but I’m hopeful we can make a splash in the postseason and turn some heads!

I expect Carolina to be towards the top half this season. We have solid lines and players that will help support the Kraken this season. I think we will push extremely hard to make playoffs and ultimately make other teams work harder.

Depends on which team. Chicago will probably be right in the hunt for the playoffs and we’re hoping to get in and see what happens. For the Berzerkers, its chop trees or bust baby!!

I think this is pretty obvious but the expectations on the Maine Timber is to repeat as cup champions. The team is restocked and ready to go.

My only expectation for Nola this season is growth. The core is VERY young, including a mid pairing rookie defender that got called up a season early. Multiple players are sub 1000 tpe. There's a window coming, it's just taking a bit.

I will be livid if the Detroit Falcons don’t win every game this season and bring home the 4 Star Cu. The roster is maxed and expectations are high

Winnipeg is a pretty strong contender for the Cup again this season. The top 6 forwards are probably the best group in the league, two decent goalies, and a solid all-around defense corps should earn the team plenty of wins and have them in the conversation when the playoffs roll around.
