My first playoffs ever I was on a family trip in Europe. I was following the SMJHL playoffs on wifi when they still did the PBP's. They were awesome. I believe we lost in the semi finals. STL was fun back then

First time i made playoffs as a user was a confusing experience. We tied with another team in the standings and there was no written rules for the tiebreaker.

I was told it was based on nhl rules which would have meant our team had a bye round 1. This was reflected in the pt tasks. So I did my pt tasks and took a break from the site for a week.
I found out after the sim that for reasons unknown we did not get a bye and ended up losing in the first round.

My first playoff experience was my first season in the SMJHL. I remember the world coming to a stop after I created, holding my breath to see which team would welcome me into their lineup. In the end it was QCC! Playoff season was right around the corner as Cranberry started wearing the classic white and blue owl. The playoffs seemed to end as quickly as they started and when the dust had settled Cranberry and her QCC teammates raised the cup together after a stellar run through the post-season. It was definitely a memorable experience for me in the SHL

It took me a while. Kelowna missed the playoffs my first season, got kicked rapidly in the second and I even think we missed it right after. We had a really great chance during my 4th season, but we crashed early.

Man it has been a really long time and I think my player was a S44 player with Leitner but playoffs were super fun. They were just presented in the playoff threads and we won a cup with the Whalers I believe or did in the one I remember!

The most memorable playoff experience I had was with Benjamin Blue, when we came back from down 3-1 in the cc finals, and lost in OT in game 7. I still haven't recovered to this day

Oddly enough my first experience with the playoffs was after I was traded from the expansion Portland Admirals to the Edmonton Blizzard to begin season 28. Portland was brand new to the league and hadn't made the playoffs in it's first 3 seasons. With Edmonton we went all the way to the finals and won! Fortunately I've managed to win a couple more cups since, but it set the bar very high in my first playoff run.

My first time in the playoffs was in the J and we had to scrap just to get in, making it on the final day by 1 point. We upset Colorado then lost a 7 game heartbreaker to Maine in OT.

My first ever playoffs in the SHL was with the Anaheim Outlaws, where we pushed The Maine Timber to an overtime game 7, but then we lost in 2OT.

My first playoffs run in the SMJHL was one of my best. I was on the Prince George Firebirds and we ended up winning the title. I was glad I could score at least one goal to help the team.

I really rather not talk about it...

In the SMJHL we lost game 7 in the Four Star Cup Final against St. Louis. It could have been so great...

First season making playoffs was season 37 with the Prince George Firebirds. After having a fantastic rookie year and ending up nominated for the rookie of the year award, the Firebirds were unable to get it done. Luckily, we managed to power through in season 38 and break a 30 year cup drought.

It's been many years and so I don't really remember my first experience in the playoffs, so my most memorable playoff experiences have both been losing in the finals with Kelowna, and being reverse swept in the finals when I was on Tampa.

I joined the league in 2012, i have honestly no idea anymore how i felt or how i experienced the first playoffs. I only remember winning the first cup, as it almost took 10 years for my 2nd lol
