5. Plan a heist to steal all of Luke's money. So here is the deal. I make a ton of bets that Luke will take, say like, New England wins a game, or New England wins the cup, or even New England will make the playoffs. He bets for those, and I bet against them, and of course New England will never win a game, or a cup, let alone make the playoffs, so I just slowly start eating into his money legally. As for Illegally, I have this cool friend named Downer that has this cool thing called portal powers, that can very smoothly slip in and out if the bank and make transactions that don’t show up… you see what I’m getting at… (116 words) - 2 TPE

I would like to give Kudos to the PT team for the introduction of the Top Ten, as I really like it, but for gods sake, why does the normal mock draft still exist? The Hall of Fame is reserved for only the best, which means many are left outside. So now we need something for the rest of us, what would the other hall be called and how would people be selected for it? Would you let people be members of both Halls?
There are many skilled players that have graced the presence of the SHL. That being said there is absolutely a tendency to favor players with more finesse as they tend to be the ones scoring more. With many voters so tunnel visioned on stats such as goals, assists, and total points, I think we need the "Brutality Hall of Fame". This hall would focus on players who lean more towards the physical side of things. Where the majority of their effort is put into making hits or blocking shots for the team. While these stats show up on the scorecard, they are often overlooked. It is hard to tell how physicality can wear a team down over a seven-game series as a viewer but as a player many can testify that the physicality of another team can be the deciding factor as the series enters the later games. Therefore, I think we need to honor our big guys, the tanks and brawlers of the league. Some of them may be known for laying the wood while others for dropping the gloves and getting their team back into the game with a morale boosting fight against the opposing team's biggest player.

This is it, the big one. The last job I will ever need. The only thing standing in my way of retiring in luxury. The plan is quite simple really. All I really need to do is break into Luke’s mansion, install some video and audio recording devices, and sneak out before I am seen. Sounds super easy, but that is just Step A. The next step is to set up surveillance in an unmarked white van in front of his mansion. While in the van, I must monitor every phone call, every recurring visitors, and most importantly, his pin code to his phone and bank account. Once I have all the information that I need to continue on with the plan, I will make my move. The last step is the action phase of the whole plan. Basically, I wait until Luke is alone, which will not take too long, and knock him out. Take his phone, access his bank account, send all of his money to my account, quickly withdraw money from my bank, and finally, blast off to another country where I can hide out in luxury for the rest of my days. Of course, this is assuming that Luke does nothing to try to find me, but as we know Luke, he will make the money back in like 6 months.

First off is me, Luca Pane, The Bard. Jack of all trades kind of guy who can fit into any scheme as needed. That is the easy one. Next up, we need a brute of a barbarian to tank and deal damage. My pick for the job, Darnell M Johnson II. Next we need some kind of magic user. For this I pick up the Wild Magic Sorcerer themselves, Artturi Lappalainen. Has a lot to prove still, but would be fun to have in the party. Lastly, we need another damage doer, someone who can take on the enemies with ease. The battlemaster fighter Peter Tingle is the perfect fit for the job. With this team I believe we can take on all the quest, and maybe pull off some really stupid shenanigans while we are at it.
2. Who will be the star of the All-star game? Why you think they will be better than the rest?
Cale Salad was on another level to everyone else in the SHL this season. Sitting in 2nd in the league for goals, with seven more than third place and only one behind the leader, and fourth in assists in a league Salad easily took home the overall points scoring title with 124. In a league full of specialists, Salad was a jack of all trades. The kind of dynamic ability the player will bring into the all-star game after such a well-rounded performance should translate into easy success in the event itself. Comfortable playing with and against high caliber players, being the set-up man or the trigger man, being a volume shooter who also converted at over 20%, and with plenty of experience on both sides of special teams including 20 powerplay goals and 12 points while shorthanded, I think Salad is the safest bet to have a good showing at this season’s game. The accolades and superlatives go on and on and I’m excited to see what he can do.

6. If you had to form RPG party with 4 of your team mates, who would you pick and which role would they play?
If I’m forming a party with four of my teammates, I would go with Cale Salad, Ubba Lodbrok, Ricky Koivu, and Barg Hazbite. Cale would be a Warlock thanks to his ability to make magic happen. Ubba would be a barbarian, primarily used as a tank to both deal and absorb high amounts of close range damage. I see Ricky as a Bard, using the lyrical powers of drake to inflict great damage on unsuspecting foes. Barg, meanwhile would be a cleric, reliably distributing barqs rootbeer to ailing team members to restore their vitality and stamina. If Marek were to join this party as a fifth member, it would be as a rogue, using stealth and cunning to bring balance to the party. Overall I think we’d be unstoppable.
8. I think that both of my teammates Will Tomlander and Shadow Fenix should make the all star game, both were rookies this season and put up insane performances on one of the bottom 3 teams in the league. Tomlander had 78 points and 34 goals as a Season 74 rookie, and Fenix had 35 goals and 76 points as a Season 74 rookie. Sure they didn't put up 90+ points like the forwards that have 800+ more TPE than them, but they deserve to be recognized for their insane performances as rookies. Since they played on the Seattle Argonauts and they were surrounded by other rookies and aging veterans about to finish their careers, I don't think their performances have got the respect they have deserved so far. Last season the rookie scoring leader finished with 72 points, both of the Seattle rookies had more points than that this season while getting similar ice time opportunities as last season's rookie scoring leader. I would put both of them in the all star game over some players that put up similar or slightly more point totals but have much more tpe and established SHL careers. It is more impressive to me that a rookie with around 1000 applied tpe outscored a player with 400-500 more tpe playing on a better team with similar tpe level linemates.

13. I think that Chicken's data sets and posts are amazing and was a great series to read throughout the media spotlights. I think the league is in a fairly healthy spot when it comes to SHL teams picking players from junior teams. It could always be improved on for sure but, if you pick up players from a certain team and want to ensure longevity it would make sense that you pick up players from their junior team that they have bonded with or are friends with. I think it would be great if players from every team were drafted equally but some teams are better than others at developing active players that stick around, not all teams are equal in that regard. So no matter what changes, I think it will stay similar.
