S78 mPT #1: Sometimes it is just nice to be a spectator Due: Sunday, August 18th @ 11:59 PM PST

I like to watch people compete to see who's baby can survive the longest in an idle minivan that's sitting in the sun. I really feel like baby survival should be a Olympic sport

Randolph Thompson-Smythe enjoys watching the rowing, his house in Henley is even located in the perfect position on the Thames to watch the annual Oxford vs. Cambridge boat race

As a kind of sniper himself, Cristoforo really liked watching the sharpshooting event. Just one person out there all on their own, shooting at a target, no goalie trying to save their shot, it's a thing of beauty.

Some people do not believe in this as a sport but Logan Webb has fallen in love with Break Dancing and the slick interpretive moves of the woman who should have won Gold Raygun. Hey anyone can learn the spin-spin moves what Raygun brought out is artistic and original, no one will ever pull it off like her again.

Well, from an "everyday" sports perspective I like to watch baseball (mostly highlights) and football, basketball too if it's on but I won't plan my day around it. Hockey is, of course, my "main course" and I will plan my day around that.

From an Olympics standpoint: I much prefer running and swimming! Very endurance heavy sports!

Sonja always makes sure to watch running, be that the 100m, 200m or the relays as she is a big fan of Noah Lyles and was rooting for him throughout the tournament. So you can imagine how she felt after the 200m. Nevertheless, she was proud of him, especially knowing he got bronze while being sick. And not to forget about his gold at the 100m.

" Maybe someones er... they don't like me but... because i'm too good, i don't know why. "

Adam watches as many Olympic events as he can, but weightlifting really captures his interest. As a professional athlete, he does plenty of weightlifting, but seeing people do it at the highest level is so impressive.

Ace Lightning loves watching normal looking people shoot at targets. It gives hope to not only himself but a scope of other normal people. Also the breaking.

Nicolas Corrigan's favourite sport other than hockey is soccer/football. He's surprisingly a Bayern Munich fan despite no German heritage. This is because he became a fan of the sport after watching the 2014 World Cup, and seeing as Germany won the championship that summer, he decided to dig deeper into more of the roster. A fan of Muller, he joined the Bayern fan base.

Sports with a lot of actions are the ones I prefer to watch.
Like boxing (sadly won't be in the next games in LA), judo and the must fun to watch (other than hockey) : rugby.

Personally for me, while It wasn't in the olympics, my preferred sport to watch is baseball. It can either be something you have in the background or if it's a big game, something with huge moments of tension.

Scar Bealey has always been a huge fan of watching archery. When he was growing up, he actually took archery lessons in the offseason as a way to help out his hand eye coordination. It definitely made a difference.

Chris Valentine's newest favorite Olympic sport is Break dancing, mostly because based on the representation from some countries, he feels like he might have a chance to earn an individual medal.

In the summer Olympics, it's handball. Obviously Marton loves soccer, but soccer is on TV all the time. Being in the States makes it hard to follow the handball Bundesliga so at least the Olympics give him a chance to cheer on Germany, whose men's team won silver!
