Thank you to @RAmenAmen and @CampinKiller for their work with the USA for the last several seasons! As the new Fed Head for the US, however, I want to bring in a fresh new leadership team to help me bring this nation back to the heights it should reach.

Responsibilities will include:
- Keeping your federation engaged and involved, especially in helping to locate and get new American players into the fed LR,
- Active involvement with the IIHF HO and in discussions,
- Helping with lines,
- Helping with identifying potential LEGAL transfers in,
- Willingness to help the USA's WJC teams by being a stand-in Co-GM for them if required,
- Aiding me with other IIHF related issues as they arise

I have only just taken over the US Federation, so my main focus here is to find someone who has a good attitude and a drive to help, more than someone looking to take the reins entirely on any specific topic. However, helping to make the fed LR more active and fun to be in is a MAJOR cornerstone of what I would like to accomplish and will be heavily considered towards any hiring.

In your application, please include:
- Any relevant experience (WJC GM, IIHF Fed Head previously, HO or SHL/SMJHL GM, etc.)
- Your player's current national eligibility
- Any goals or issues you specifically have for the federation, if any such things exist.

Pay is $4,000,000 a season.

I will only hire members who have an American player or who are eligible to transfer according to the IIHF Rules. For non-American players, it is suggested to talk with your Federation Head before committing to a transfer or applying to another nation's management job.
