Scary Pleather - Duke Howard loves his hometown and the local music scene. When the team is gripping their sticks a little too tight and the nervous energy is threatening to boil over he pumps some Hollywood Makeout through that aux cord to set the groove just right!
The only thing they fear is you - Anatoly Tarasov . . . This is pretty self explanatory . . . Anatoly is Doomguy. Gimmie that boom - Andrea Morandi has never seen an opposing skater coming up the ice without thinking "They look tired, I think i'll lay them down (out) now." Skinderd gets her to that place before the games. Road of Resistance - The Finn likes Metal? Shocker . . . But its Babymetal . . . there is no denying that whenever Jouni Paarma grabs the aux, heads are gonna bang. How I Could Just Kill a Man - Many people say "goalies are weird." But here in the QCC locker room we say "Those two fucking scare us." They may be rookies, but QCCBOT4 and Ela Solberg should not be messed with. I hear they travel with a Shovel and a bag of Lye at all times.

The Battleborn playlist consists of all bands/artists from Las Vegas. The team feels like it brings a bit of home with them on road trips, and taps into the Vegas energy at home. Some of the songs on the playlist include.
1 - Demons by Imagine Dragons. This one is better to be played earlier in the playlist. It's gets everyone focused and relaxed into their pre-game routine. 2 - Mr. Brightside by the Killers. Do I even need to explain why? It's a classic, and catchy and everyone knows it and can't help but to sing along. 3 - High Hopes by Panic! at the Disco. While I think there are better songs by them, this one is upbeat and has a great energy and mentality for heading into a game. 4 - The Guillotine by Escape the Fate. The last two songs are what gets played right before taking the ice, to really get the energy levels up. Sometimes you need to play mean on the ice, and this song screaming about dying in battle does the trick. 5 - Raised by Wolves by Falling in Reverse. Another song that brings a little bit more energy and tempo, it gets the team amped and ready to finish their checks. Sigs: Thanks JNH, Lime, Carpy, and ckroyal92

As the season progresses, the pre-game locker room atmosphere is very important to the great falls grizzlies' continued attempt to win games after a very slow start. Thankfully, Grindle Waters-Johnson has taken over the aux, so the songs are only good songs. Here are the 5 best songs on his curated playlist that gets the team bumping and booping:
"Sicko Mode" by Travis Scott - Obvious choice. Even though Grindle likes more niche songs, sometimes you just have to get a little bit standard with it. everyone loves this one. "No Heart" by 21 Savage & Metro Boomin - Listen. Us Grizzlies, we're not scared to become KILLERS. And this is why we have this famous song no heart. It puts us into the perfect mentality for the game. "Oh Shit!!!" by Injury Reserve - this song cold. not much to elaborate. "Paramedic!" by SOB X RBE - this song makes me want to run off a moving train to crowdsurf at the grammys "Big tonka" by Yeat and Lil Uzi Vert - gotta have some yeat. its simple.

Teamless Option:
Song 1:The Way(Instrumental): Between the guitar solos and the speed of the beat, this makes for an excellent way to get pumped up for a workout. When taken with the skillful guitar playing of Oz Fox, you cannot ask for a better song. Song 2: Seven Nation Army. Very good beat, great vocals, and even better guitar work. All in all, it’s a great way to get a workout started. Song 3: Peace of Mind: Between the vocals, the great guitar work, and beat you have a good song to help you keep pace during a run or weightlifting. Song 4: Anchorhead Raid: It’s admittedly an odd choice, but the uplifting score and diverse instrumentals make it a good way to get your mind in the proper headspace for the final part of a workout. When taken with the triumphant crescendos at the end, you can’t ask for a better way to end off a workout. 156 words.

Song 1 : Lose Yourself by Eminem. This one is obvious, it gets everyone super pumped up for the game. Just before the game would be perfect !
Song 2 : Fix you by Coldplay. I'm a big mtl canadiens fan so that song has a special place in my heart. It could be our entrance song too but it has to be discussed with the GM. Song 3 : Mo Bamba by Sheck Wes. This song hypes everyone before the game. Gets all the boys going. Song 4 : Thunderstruck by AC/DC. This is another pre game song that gets the team going. This would be the song that would be played just before we go the ice ! Song 5 : We are the champions by Queen. I mean... this is obvious. Everyone wants to hear and sing it. We're a contender this year so I have to put it in the playlist This playlist has a purpose : getting the team super pumped up! Seems to be working at the minute (170 words)

Here are five songs that are on the Anchorage Armada’s pre-game playlist, handpicked by rookie offensive defenseman Javeline Bodine. These tracks embody the spirit, energy, and mindset that the team needs before hitting the ice:
"Thunderstruck" by AC/DC This classic rock anthem amps up the team with its electrifying guitar riffs and relentless energy. It’s a nod to the intense, fast-paced nature of the game and helps the players channel their adrenaline. "Lose Yourself" by Eminem The lyrics remind players of the importance of seizing every moment on the ice. Bodine, as a rookie, relates to the urgency of proving himself and making the most of every opportunity. "Enter Sandman" by Metallica With its heavy, aggressive sound, this song helps the team get into a gritty, competitive mindset. It’s about preparing for the physical and mental battle ahead. "Can't Hold Us" by Macklemore & Ryan Lewis This track’s infectious beat and triumphant lyrics boost the team’s morale, reminding them of their strength and unity as they face off against their opponents. "We Will Rock You" by Queen A classic sports anthem, this song unites the team and their fans, reinforcing the camaraderie and collective determination that’s essential for success on the ice. Each song is chosen to energize, motivate, and mentally prepare the Armada for the challenges they’ll face in the game, ensuring they’re ready to dominate the competition.

Katharina Rosenthal's musical tastes were highly influenced by her brothers' interest in American punk/pop, rock, and rap music. Her contributions to the team playlist include:
A Little Less Sixteen Candles, A Little More "Touch Me" by Fall Out Boy A bit of classic Fall Out Boy never hurt anyone right? There's several great options from the band but this one has the right mix for getting game ready. Want You Bad by The Offspring It's a very fast paced song with a great rhythm that perfect for jamming while sitting waiting to get out on the ice. Good for the heart rate. Staring At The Sun by Down With Webster One of their more unknown songs, but the vibe is perfect for locking in the intensity before a game. Tommy-Gun by Royal Republic This one is more mentality for Katharina - gotta get into that little bit crazy goalie mentality before the game The Rock Show by Blink-182 This is a good song early in the playlist, a pretty upbeat jam that's a good pace and vibe for getting into game mode. The NL playlist has been talked about a lot and a few bangers are absolutely required but I'm looking to change it up this time around and make something new. Now for the old, the playlist absolutely has to start with jaja ding dong. It's a old NL meme that will always be a part of the playlist. No matter how annoying it may be for the rest of the league. Next has to be let's go crazy by Prince, an old school jam that goes well with the berserk aesthetic we're going for. In the same vein, we're going to go with Crazy by Gnarls Barkley, a banger that played constantly when it came out. For song four we're gonna change it up and go with unstoppable by Sia, the ZERKS have a history of winning championships and this song speaks to our very core. Lastly the playlist will end with all I do is win by DJ Khaled, we got a keep in mind that winning mentality so we can keep the championships going.

I think the five songs that would be a part of the San Diego Tidal playlist would have to include Surfin' U.S.A. by the Beach boys, just because it is absolutely iconic to the team and their identity. How can you not want to listen to this song about surfing in California??
Additionally, I think that there would be a few other modern songs, potentially something by Ariana Grande, or Olivia Rodrigo, or maybe someone else that Corey really likes but I'm only vaguely familiar with. There would also definitely be a Paramore song or two on the playlist, because the team would want something upbeat to really pump them up before the games. It might be some of the newer things from Paramore, or it might be some of the older Paramore music. I'll be honest, I don't know that I could really name the right song, because I don't really listen to music. That said, Beach Boys is definitely the #1 song on the playlist.

Song one: Our team, The Highlanders, has our retained bagpipe players come into the locker rooms and serenade the team while they are first arriving for the game. Since the music is driven from the culture of our namesake, its only fitting that all players are reminded of their team to strengthen the team chemistry.
Song two: Higher by Creed - Our team is famous for their hotdog stands out in front of the barn and also in the various halls around the ice. This song was specially crafted to get glizzy guzzlers ready for anything that comes their way, with the fans ready to go they should keep the team afloat if anything goes awry Song three: Raining Blood by Slayer - Every team needs a song to pump them up before getting on the ice. This song has some nice riffs and some fun low-end, making it a nice tune to get the blood flowing. Song four: Some Bodies Gonna Get It by Three 6 Mafia - This was the intro song for Mark Henry from the WWE so it's only fitting that it we use it to get ready to fight it out. Song five: Struck by Lightning by The Chats - We are going to come out strong like we're electrified. |
