It’s been scientifically proven that receiving an undesired or unsolicited ping on discord, slack, etc, is by far the worst, most agonizing thing that can ever happen to a human being. Millions of people suffer from erroneous pings every year, and their misery goes largely ignored by the rest of the world. They say that shattering your femur is the most painful thing a human being can endure, but those who claim that have clearly never been subject to a discord ping they didn’t ask for.
