I would mix them up and see just how much chemistry plays in to how well a team plays. Would these players still play like they’re part of a well oiled machine, or would there be missed passes, dropped opportunities, etc? I feel like if the player is good enough, you can probably put them anywhere on any team and they will succeed. The team as a whole may not become all that successful in the long run, but the player themself would probably still find a lot of success on the scoresheet. Kind of like older Edmonton missing the playoffs with two players each having 100+ points on the season. Or, maybe chemistry really is super important and these players who are superstars with their lines they have chemistry with end up not being good at all. Maybe they are nothing without their team mates, kind of like Justin Abdelkader robbing the Red Wings with his huge contract because Pavel Datsyuk was feeding him puck after puck and he racked up a decent amount of points on the last season of his current contract. As soon as Datsyuk moved from his line, Abdelkader was a shell of his former self and really not good at all at hockey.

I think that the only way Ongo Gablogian is ever going to win an individual award is if one is made up and it’s so specific that he is the only one who could possibly win it. He is a rookie, therefore he is eligible for rookie of the year. However, he is not good enough for rookie of the year, not even close. He is a defenseman, so he could win defenseman of the year, but again, he is not good at hockey. Same with Most valuable player, playoffs mvp, etc. he is just not really good at the sport of hockey. And he was ripped from juniors where he was lighting it up and winning awards and stuff. So, in order to ensure Ongo Gablogian wins an award, the award that I am proposing is the “Rookie defenseman who was drafted by the Buffalo Stampede from the Carolina Krakrn Award.” This will ensure that Ongo will probably win it, though there are not any guarantees and he may not even win that award somehow. To ensure that Ongo will be fully guaranteed to win an award, I would also create the “Ongo Gablogian Award” which would be “awarded annually to any player named Ongo Gablogian.”

2. When it comes to the All-Star game I think you should just kind of listen to the players. There are a lot of guys who are friends around the league and I am sure they probably want to play together sometimes since they don’t usually do. If I was the coach I think I would probably end up keeping the panthers players together, just because it’s nice to be together with your teammates during the all star game, but if they would ask to join up with someone from another team, I would have no issue with that. At the end of the day, it’s for fun and for the fans to enjoy.
4. I think for me it has to be Grzegorz Brzeczyszczykiewicz in the West. This guy was an absolute stud for this panthers team all season long, and there’s not a lot we would have done without him between the pipes. I know the All-Star game is typically something that reflects the regular season, but I am just going to throw out his insane playoff performance into the mix. This man was on a mission to carry this team to the promised land and did just that. If you want to win one game, rely on the magic of Grzegorz. The only issue I really have with him is why his parents chose such a complicated name for him.
For the East it’s a tough one. I think Sieve was probably the more valuable to his team, which you could argue means he was better, but Soonika was so good for Tampa too. If I was coaching the East team, I would probably have them play rock, paper, scissors to determine who starts. Best of 99. It seems long, but this could also play into who wants it more and who has the mental ability to stay locked in for possibly 99 games of rock, paper, scissors.

First of all, even though FHM doesn't allow it please make it 3 goalies each conference who make it. Why I'm asking? I need one player to finally make an all star team. Tibuk Soonika would be my starter for the East team. Tampa Bay has surprised pretty much everyone this season and their best player should be rewarded for it. But both goalies are deserving, can't say the same for the Western team. Grzegorz Brzęczyszczykiewicz easily gets the nod here, a peewee in net would have made the playoffs with this San Francisco squad. Justin Time is a legend but I feel this season someone else would have been more deserving, someone like Rebecca Montagne.
7. What would be your starting lineup, 3 forwards, 2 defencemen and a goalie for one of the SMJHL conferences? 2 TPE (127 words)
As someone who his player has graduated from the SMJHL 2 seasons ago I feel like I'm obviously the most qualified for this. I'll do the Northern conference. Two obvious names I see right away and will make the team are forward Jon Garfield and defenseman Red Panda Jr. Why? They have Regina Elk blood in them, that's why. To complete the forward line let's pick Jefferson Steelflex and Lyle Odelein IV. Odelein won me a few fantasy drafts back then, that's good enough for me. Steelflex is a Seattle prospect. Scape Goat is perfect in case Panda has a bad game, blame can be put on that guy. Give me Elvar Gil-Galad in between the pipes, truly an elite name deserving to make the starting lineup.

The sad reality of the current Hall of Fame process is if you're on your 3+ years eligibility the chances you made it is almost zero. That's why I'll give some love to a defenseman who has been on the ballot for a while now. They even added a trophy named after the guy, so I think that alone is impactful enough to get voted on. Please add Pojo Biscuit to the HoF. For a long time there was no love for defensive defenseman, I would know as my first player Ti-Guy Emond was one. It's always the players putting up the most points getting rewarded, what about those grinders out there? Oh you're now telling me I got the wrong Bojo? Too late my vote is lock in. While we are here please remove Marco Barengrub from the list, just his name anywhere near close to all those legends is a pure insult to the game.
2. if they have chemistry together they should be put to play together if the objective of the all star game is to see wich confrence would win BUT if its to show the best players playing in a single lineup like a dream lineup then if there are better players in that roster then they shouldn't be put to play together so if the main objective is just to see wich confrence is better then they should be put in the same line but if its for the show then they maybe should maybe shouldn't be put together in the same line. so it really depends on what the all star game is about. there is also the possiblity that the all star game is just to show new kinds of lineups like to show how the best would play in a lineup what they aren't used to.
6. i would imagine its mostly just to show like the life of a pro hockey player in the SHL like to show what kind of thing is it to go to games and like for the audience to see what happens off ice since i would figure most of the fans etc don't really see whats happpening off ice.
9. i would like to see more from my own team calgary flames i feel like some here would deserve to have a spot in the all star roster but also if you really want to show like just players in each teams you should make it that every team gets one player to the all stars and the rest are selected via the commitee so every team would get at least a single player to the all stars. but i mean that would kinda ruin the point of having all the stars playing so i don't think we should really worry how many players X team got into the all stars its just more of an invidual thing not a team thing. so the spread of spots is fine even if only 3 teams would only get their players to the all stars.
I had a great weekend! We drove down to Germany on Friday for a week of holiday and we are staying near Luxembourg and French border. Saturday we went to Luxembourg city to meet with friends and it was a lot of fun. Today we drove down Luxembourg again and did some small parts of a 120km hiking trail with a lot of height meters in it. So it was pretty challenging for our three year old, but he walked everything by himself which was amazing. The views we got from the top were amazing too and we met a lot of great people along the way.

I, Rikkert Biemans, should win the Jeff Darr trophy. Why you ask? Because Rikkert Biemans might not have had a career year, but was still close to a point per game and had amazing defensive stats to come with it. He had tons of take away, hits, blocked shots and a great plus minus tto boot. His two way game was above anyone else this season and that is why he deserves this trophy. But to be fair, I think Rikkert Biemans is too far down the point list to even be considered to be nominated for this award or for anything really. Is that fair? I am not sure, but I can see why he would not be taken into consideration for the award. There are other players with slightly less defensive numbers, but much higher offensive numbers. So it is obvious that one of them will win it surely.

2. Let's mix things up! Why should the line who played together on the same team want to play the same line and same players during the All Star Game. That's the beauty of the All Star Game is to see players who normally would not play together, play together. Not only just players, but the cream of the crop, the best of the best, the creme de la creme. I'm all in favor of splitting them up and getting them on a different line. This creates more excitement for the rest of the league and the fans who get to see these incredible players smash it up with others. (109 words)

What does he do? Well he vlogs everything he does, and then gets sponsors to send him doing his everyday routines but while using or wearing sponsored goodies. Think of that one scene in Wayne's World where Garth is dressed head to toe in Reebok gear. That's what Ubba does, but he does it with Manscaping, Skims, Under Armour, GCI, JBL, Aleve, Theraflu, and all sorts of CBD companies. Who, he has licensed his likeness out to create the Ubba Gumma. A CBD Gummy shaped like the head of Ubba. Of course, that is under his restricted section of his page. That's not available to view if you're under the age of 18. (154 words)

Jiggle E. Puff should have been an All Star player this season. He finished with the twenty-fourth most points in the league, but had the most shots blocked of all forwards in the league. Puff was not the best player on the ice this season, but he worked exceptionally hard to make his team better on both sides of the ice. He was also very disciplined, with only twenty-four penalty minutes doing his best to keep his team out of disadvantageous positions. Puff finished fourteenth in assists with fifty-seven. This, along with the other stats listed above makes him one of the best support players in the league this season. The team was much better with Puff on the ice; he had the highest shots for per sixty on the team, and was instrumental on special teams. Having thirteen special teams points, Puff was impactful in all phases of the game for Atlanta this year. While Puff did not get the All-Star nod this season, the league should be on notice that Jiggle is on the rise and will soon become a household name for Simulation Hockey League fans around the world in the coming years. Jiggle E. Puff is one of the best young p layers in the league and is well on their way to one of the best all time.

More than half of the teams only got one player to the game. Those being (in random order) Edmonton, Calgary, Chicago, New Orleans, Minnesota, Seattle, Manhattan, Atlanta, Toronto, Montreal and Hamilton. Would you have liked to see more players from these teams, if yes, who should in your opinion have made it? How you feel about the spread of the spots in general?
I would have liked to see one of Manhattan's forwards make it, because that top three is shouldering a lot of pressure right now. In particular, I think Mary Hollywood's rookie season should be applauded, because she actually ended up second on the team in points (beating out Celeste Desjardins by a single point! Surely that won't cause any discord or beef in the locker room, no sir). Obviously, Jagrbomb is completely deserving of the honor given how much He is shouldering on the defensive side of things as well as the offensive- why did he have the most game winning goals on that team?- but Manhattan's forwards are really doing their best. Obviously, it's because they're pretty shit compared to the rest of the league that none of them got an All Star nod, but that's not the thing I'm arguing here, I'm arguing that one of them should have for standing out in comparison to their teammates, since only three members of the team even cracked 60 points on the season. To be near point per game on a not very good team as a rookie is something that deserves to be recognized. Free my girl Hollywood, honestly. [200 words, 4 TPE]

6. Your player decides to start a youtube channel, what kind of content they are creating?
If Nathaniel wanted to start up a streaming or youtube channel, he would want to create a somewhat educational channel where he could have a platform to talk about how to stay nutritious, and keep physically fit. Some topics that he could go into detail on are balancing a life with daily activity, how to keep active just doing life tasks versus having to go to a gym specifically. Kind of hand in hand with this is nutrition - the ability to talk about why it is important is probably the biggest thing. Putting good things into your body and reaping the benefit from it is key more so than just preaching about "you should eat more because it's good for you" - that message would likely fall very short of the message. - 131 Words, 2 TPE

I went the boring route and paired each defenseman with a partner who would compliment their strengths and weaknesses, for the most part. All of our All Stars are defensively strong (as expected), but a couple are more offense-leaning than the others. Accordingly, my first pairing consists of Nathaniel Barca and Georg N'Zola. Before regression steals some of his youth, Barca is the more offensively-minded on paper, but now that I've taken a look at the leaderboard I apparently have put together the scoring duo. I'm not particularly mad about it, because that makes it way more fun for All Star Game purposes. After that I have Jaromir Jagrbomb paired up with Jølngüštrâädüvich DuBølk. Aaaaaand we have another line of top scoring D, whoops. But hey, DuBølk has way better aim and has more inclination to put his face in the way of opposing shots, so JJ can carry the puck back and forth for him and look pretty. And that just leaves Philippe-Eko Eel, who is arguably the best of the 5 for S78. I figured he could chill on the bench while he waits for the last players in because he is old as heck and we must preserve his ancient bones.

I immediately knew I was going to pick a Gwen tweet, but I did not think it would be this one. And that's because it just makes me so incredibly uncomfortable to read and even more so to think about. It's like when I remember that I'm a skeleton wearing a gross flesh suit. I hate it, and my reply would say as much. Cool fact, though.
9. Well, you all do want to represent the whole league with these events, right? Having an all-star team be limited to players from a couple of teams does not do a good job of representing that besides maybe representing how uncompetitive things are. Think about it this way - during the pandemic, some major teams from the European Champions League decided to pull a trick on the rest of the continent by forming their own "super league" with "the best teams" with a very undemocratic system that was essentially a circlejerk. Now sure, an All-Star Game bit is hardly something akin to the Champions League but the mindset is not too far off.
Forcing rosters to be built off of the best statistical players of the league is probably going to open a couple of can of worms that I do not imagine certain people would want to welcome. I think it is fine for every team to have at least one player in this and deriding them with comments about "not fitting" is quite the prick move. Like... way to make it uninteresting for folks from those teams to stick around, lads. Brilliant stuff, really. The next step is suggesting teams get demoted to the juniors, I presume?
13. Well, from what I can gather, I am in the run for the Most Improved Player Award. I do not know if they made much of a change to how their teams played but I believe Sunrise was indeed a key figure in helping Calgary improve as well as himself so I think I do deserve it. I'm proud of being in the discussion at any rate.

2. Well you know they know how to play well with each other so it would definitely be the smart thing to do if it was a competitive thing but the All star game is about having fun so I would swap them all around and see how they make out playing with players from other teams. You could find a duo that has extreme chemistry that never will play together so it could be quite a fun thing to try out. But if you are the coach and you wanna show your best lineups then I would keep them together especially when you know they will have great chemistry with each other! I could only hope to one day play in the all star game with these beauties but I highly doubt Turtle Bob will ever break that lineup. So for now I’ll have to watch from the outside looking in and enjoy whatever the coach ends up deciding!

5. The all star game being in Tampa couldn’t be any better for the players! They get to have a great time and go to a theme park like bush gardens. Ride all the roller coasters there and do all the other activities that are available there. There’s also great bars and restaurants downtown Tampa bay where they could all go out and enjoy a great meal and possibly a beer or two! If you really wanted to you could also take the drive to Orlando and do Universal and Disney parks they are also great fun for people of all ages! (100 ish words)
9. I feel like the league done a great job voting In the players who gotten in. Should some other players get a shot? Maybe but as of right now these are the most exciting players to watch on the Ice other players will get their chances seasons down the road. I trust that the people in the Simulation hockey league has a good idea who the best players in the league are and it shows with the players who have been voted in. I’m proud to say these guys are the best in the business and are irreplaceable in the game. In the coming seasons Turtle Bob will look to make the All star game as well!

12. Here’s a blast from the past. Jim Lahey should have been inducted in the SHL hall of fame many many seasons ago but he has gotten snubbed. He may not have been the best defensemen of his time but he played a major role in the championships he has won with the Texas renegades as well as the Edmonton Blizzard.
