Greetings everyone.

I would like to first resolve the rumor that we heard that we put Ricin in the Goulash. What was said by @Rabidsponge21 was "Do you put Rice IN the Goulash. We do not, but someone overheard the conversation and decided to run with it. This is most regrettable, as no one ate our Goulash at the potluck, other than the Czechs. maybe that is why we did so well this time in the IIHF!

Our IIHF team has finally started to bear fruit, as we have left the basement and were in real contention for the first time in quite some time. It was exciting, we were happy, and then France broke our hearts in an overtime game. A game where we were outshot 67 to 29, a game where we had a 5 minute major called on us in overtime, where we were outhit, out faceoffed, outplayed, and still were one goal away from advancing. Would we go further than France? Who is to say. What I am proud of is the fact that we were in the conversation, something no one saw coming.

So it has been a minute, but let me take the time to thank all those involved with the IIHF. Starting first and foremost with @39alaska39. Without Winters leading the IIHF, and without your help running this great nation, we wouldn't be where we are today. Thank you for everything you provide us, and I look forward to continuing to grow with you and our nation.

Thank you all for all the hard work. I know Gold is our Goal, but I see this season as a huge stride in that direction. We are getting better with every season, and that is even more apparent with our WJC team:

Huge HUGE HUGE fight to get to the gold medal game! Big shout out to @Chris for jumping into the WJC GM this year. Even bigger shout out to the stud @Mysterious_Fish for their continued hard work and dedication. I think you have been the GM for Czechia for as long as I have been in charge and had our own WJC. So thank you, truely. Czechia having its own WJC team has been awesome for us, and to get to the finals is a huge win in itself. I"ll leave the GM's to thank the players personally if they choose, but Thank you to all those who played for us this year, You gave it your all and I'm proud of you all.

So where do we go moving forward? Czechia as a nation is very solid, with a great number of active players on both the IIHF and WJC team. in fact, I don't think we used any IA's this year again, which is pretty great. However, we are always looking out for those who can help make our great nation even better. If you are already on board, Thank you for your support, my door is always open.
