S79 mPT #1: Lets Try This Again Due: Sunday, October 20th @ 11:59 PM PST

against: For first time since S71, Hodor wont have most blocked shots

Hodor is a complete blonked shots addict and will refuse to allow himself to not lead the league in blonked shots, he will park his big ass in front of the net all game and not even leave the defensive zone to contribute on offense if that's what it takes

thanks @Carpy48 and @frithjofr and @rum_ham and @Julio Tokolosh and @Briedaqueduc for the sigs
Armada Inferno Norway

Against : Toronto finishes regular season as best team in the East.

We all know the best team in the league is, by far, New England and not Toronto. Who else has @Troy_McClure03 that has already 6 points in 7 games? En route to his best season yet

AGAINST: New Orleans will make it to the challenge cup finals. I am against New Orleans making the challenge cup finals because I used to play on their team and no longer do. The reason leaving was because we could never just quite get to that point and there were some evident struggles. I don’t think the team is there and it’s not going to happen. If this was about Texas, I would most likely answer yes lol

Los Angeles and San Francisco will meet in first round of playoffs, after finishing regular season as 1st and 4th or 2nd and 3rd in their division.

Against this claim because these two teams will finish first and second in the division and will not face each other until the second round of the playoffs.

Against: I think the Panthers and the Pride are the two of the strongest teams in the league, let alone their division, and it's more likely they go 1 and 2, or maybe 1 and 3 if one of them stumble a bit, but 2 and 3 or 1 and 4 seem too unlikely right now.

FOR Anchorage makes it to the Four Star Cup finals

Last year can be considerd the first year, because of an all rookies defensive. and after a solid season with a lot of teaching moments especially in the playoffs, this year, year two, will be the year for anchorage

For New Orleans makes it to the Challenge Cup finals, I play for NOLA, we are damn good and deserve to not only be in the finals, but win the finals and take home the cup!

The mock is such painful work sometimes that I wish we had an alternative besides copying someone at the 11th hour and praying for the best. We should do something different.

The case against: Los Angeles and San Francisco will meet in first round of playoffs, after finishing regular season as 1st and 4th or 2nd and 3rd in their division.

I don't think this is particularly likely to happen, but not because I think that either of these teams are secretly Actually Bad. Instead, I think it's because I think one of them is extremely likely to finish first, which would mean that any first round matchup would require one of the two to finish fourth. I don't see either finishing lower than third, and I'm willing to bet one of them finishes first, so no first round matchup for these two.

For? Against? Idk but I agree with you. It's very difficult for people less engaged in the league to follow the pre-draft in the SHL. All the "good mocks" come out minutes before the draft, otherwise you're just spraying and praying prospects on that board.

Against because even the thought of Hodor not leading the league in blocked shots makes me sad! I have gotten so used to seeing the big guy lead in what he does best, and I hope I am right that it will continue this season.

For: Calgary scoring the most goals. I'm on Calgary, so James Howlett and his ability to score a million assists will get us there. James can't get assists without goals being scored, so the universe balancing itself out will enable Calgary goals.

Against Montreal wins the cup. They've already gone 3-8-0 to start the season, and let's be honest, the Argonauts are going to win it, so how could Montreal also win it?

Calgary will score most goals.

Against: Calgary is a good team and certainly have some players who can score. But they don't have the depth to really rack up the goals in the same way a team like SFP or TOR can with their respective collection of top talent at forward. But Calgary has an underrated defense and so I think that they are pretty strong at both ends of the rink.

For: Max Carnage will win second Mexico in row

I'm all for watching Max Carnage winning a second Mexico in a row. He was on a roll last season, and could easily carry it over into this season, as well as the user is just a dope person and we all love us some Sizz action!
