Option 1

When the Winnipeg Aurora came together as a team in their meeting room to discuss the new option of a team pet, the discussion was long and didn't want to find an end. Everyone had different ideas and opinions about their official team pet. They already had a mascot technically, 'Stardust', the polar bear, but was that the same as a team pet? Was exactly was the difference? If they got a pet, would the old mascot be unemployed or was it possible for them to co-exist? Had anyone asked Stardust about the entire thing? Was it legal to have polar bears as pets? So many questions, so much confusion. Eventually Shaggy left the discussion, went home, and returned with his dog - Rug. Everyone loves Rug. Stardust and Rug had appeared together for promotional events before, so why not simply make it official? It was settled, the team needed to improve, so Rug would be on the ice with them next practice as an assistant coach. What could possibly go wrong?

After talking about what mascot would make the most sense for the Dragons, they decided to go with two pets. First, a lizard, specifically a Komodo dragon. We’ve decided to name him Sparky, and he typically stays in the locker room and in the arena with the arena staff looking after him. He’s pretty lazy as he’s an older dragon, but the team loves to hang out with him and it’s closest we could get to having a dragon as a pet. The other pet we have is a golden retriever named Albert. We usually put him in a dragon costume, and he rotates amongst the team members who want to take care of him. Jen specifically wants to spend as much time with Albert as possible. He is also the official team mascot, and can be seen in the arena and goes out to team events, as he is more social than Sparky.

Nevada has a billy goat that hangs out in the team locker room. His pen is actually in the visitor locker room though where he can bleat and ram and poop to his hearts content. He's really actually Lucifer incarnate and it totally demoralizes the other team to have to smell and hear him. But he's the sweetest little thing in the NBB locker room. he gets carrots and scratches and is very well behaved. We put little skates on him for the pre-game and he gets to go out before the players and skate around. He absolutely loves it. A billy goat skating, who would have thought!

Recently he found a mate and had a litter so the team has been doing giveaway of Lucifer Jrs. to fans. It's raised a ton of money for a Trevor Project fundraiser that the team was doing during the season. Also went to help raise money to make sure there is access to medical care for everyone in the state of Nevada.

Prompt 1:     Levon Dojkic and the rest of the Vancouver Whalers team have asked Seany every year if they could have a mascot that wasn't one of the equipment managers dressed up as a whale. And this year, Seany finally gave in after realizing it might help the team morale since the game results certainly were not. The team took a poll to see what kind of pet they would get, but when Noxus somehow responded 28 times, they decided to have a live vote. This live vote ended in almost every team member voting for a real whale for a mascot, but Seany vetoed that option due to lack of funds (He payed the rookies far too much for how much they have contributed). In the end they decided that the mascot would be whatever was the animal of the team they beat when they get their second win, reasoning that they didn't deserve a mascot unless they get at least 2 wins.

Quote:Written Option 1: Nothing compares to the joy of coming home to a loyal companion, or so does your GM think as they come up with the idea to boost morale of the team and to get a mascot for the team with one move. So they will get a team pet (if there already isn't one), but they let players pick what it will be. So what kind of pet will it be? What will it be called? Does it just hang around the arena or training facilities or will it go into the locker or even join the team on bench (I’m pretty sure there is no rule in SHL forbidding gooses from the bench)? Who takes care of it? Will there be dedicated staff for it or will it spend a week with each player?

A pet dog. I think having a dog would be amazing in San Diego or Baltimore. In San Diego it would be called Mr. Tide. In Baltimore it you be named Max. Just max I have no idea why. In either place it will be going everywhere with the team. In the arena, training facilities. locker room, bench, concourse, team bus, team plane. opposition places. hotels. Every week the dog will live with a different player or staff member and they will take care of the dog and bring it to games and practices, team events as well. After each home game it will go on the ice and celebrate with the team. I am unsure what type of dog it would be but it would be a very cute and friendly puppy. Not everyone can take care of a pet so if a player so chooses they can opt out of taking care of the dog due to their own reasons.

Option 1

The team have officially a mascot, we already made a media about it when we opened our latest rink.
We have Rene the Wolf, so we would bring a real wolf to the arena! Of course there will be someone with him as they are a predator and we don't want someone to get injure.
Of course nobody will be able to bring home, but he will have a place in the stadium while we have a game on that day. The management and the players gave some money to be able to have something nice for him and to pay people to take care of him and be able to have some 'backup" if something happen.

The wolf travel in pack, like the Renegades (not the team in this case) are when they travelled from town to town and it also fit the history of Texas as they were wolf in the region in the past.

Written Option 1:

As MET are beautiful trees we don't really have a set mascot or animal to represent our team, but if I had to choose one I would choose a cat, specifically a Maine Coon. My personal favorite cat breed! Basically lil (not really little, actually) gentle giants that are named after our state and are also our state cat which definitely gives it more meaning to us. They also adjust well to the strong northeastern winters here in Portland. They are playful, love their owners and mostly peaceful, friendly cats. I imagine the locker room will take turns taking care of her (she is a girl :3), and during the offseason the same thing will happen with kitty vibing with each different players and staff year round. I also think that she would really enjoy being out near the ice because she is already a big fan of winter, and the fans get so excited whenever she comes out and it is just overall a big wholesome moment.

Cats are so awesome.

The Renegades social media team has decided to put together a donation towards mental health and awareness and the importance of companions. In doing so, they have also adopted their own companion, Rene the chocolate lab! Rene will be taken care of by a special team of mental health advisors and will have a specified owner hired by the team who is qualified to train dogs to be companions for anyone struggling with mental health. Occasionally the team will put out notices on where they will be with Rene to get some photos and to learn more about mental health, how to help deal with it as well as helping others. They'll also have information on how to register to get your own companion as well if you feel like it's needed. Rene will also interact with the team as the players learn more about pet companions and what they can do for mental health. Once Rene has grown up and graduated to be a registered companion, they will move on from the team and find their new owner! From there the team will evaluate the whole project to see if they will do it again sometime.

Written Option 2: For Slava Ukraini Heroyam Slava he has not one but three really important non-no coaching staff people who are most important including Slava Ukraini Heroyam Slava's own personal trainer, physiotherapist, and equipment manager. Slava Ukraini Heroyam Slava's personal trainer is his go to person for physical conditioning and strength building. Together, they work year-round to ensure peak physical fitness, with an emphasis on endurance, explosive power, and flexibility. The physiotherapist is another key figure in Slava Ukraini Heroyam Slava's life being responsible for injury prevention and recovery. Hockey is physically grueling, and the physiotherapist helps manage the toll it takes on Slava Ukraini Heroyam Slava's body. Finally, Slava Ukraini Heroyam Slava's equipment manager may not seem as immediately important as the others, but for my player, their role is indispensable. From sharpening skates to ensuring their gear fits perfectly, Slava Ukraini Heroyam Slava's equipment manager is responsible for every technical aspect of what Slava Ukraini Heroyam Slava wears and uses on the ice.

Option 1

The Los Angeles team pet will be a dog, because dogs are the single greatest animal to ever exist. It might cause a bit of a fuss on social media because we’re a cat based team adopting a dog, but after Willow threatens them it will go away. Willow and a few other members of the team will go to the shelter to pick out the dog (adopt don’t shop) and they will come home with an adorable little pit bull named Georgia. Georgia will be the star of the social media team as everyone on Instagram will be obsessing over her in her little Los Angeles Panthers hoodie while she sits on the bench during practice and watches all her new owners have fun. When not at the rink, Georgia will be living at home with Lias as he is the most responsible of all the teammates on Los Angeles, but everyone will always be stopping by to visit her.

Written Option 1:

The Sullivan Center, home of the Anchorage Armada, is not the prettiest or cleanest hockey arena you'll ever see. It's not exactly a secret that pests of various kinds have made their home in the old barn. So it was a pleasant surprise when the arena staff noticed a black and white cat roaming the back hallways of the arena one day last season. With a decline in mouse sightings accompanying the presence of the new feline, the Armada were happy to adopt her as their unofficial mascot.

Though she's somewhat shy and is rarely seen when the arena fills up on game days, "Torpedo" (or "Torps" for short) often comes out in the quieter moments of daily arena life. The players love leaving bits of food out for her, and can often coax her out from the myriad of hiding places within the arena. Torps has also been known to show her thanks to the players by leaving a dead mouse in the dressing room from time to time.

Option 2
The most important members of the non-coaching staff to my player, Kristian Seppanen, who is the star Finnish right defenceman and alternate captain of the Atlanta Inferno hockey team of the eastern conference of the Simulation Hockey League, otherwise known as the SHL, are the general managers and the physiotherapists. Kristian Seppanen blocks so many damn shots that his legs are always in pain, and the physiotherapy is essential to his recovery to help him get out there each and every night and block shots like they're nobody's business. One night, Kristian Seppanen blocked ten shots - TEN!!! That put Seppanen's leg in a lot of pain, but also the awkward way that Seppanen sometimes falls to the ice in order to try blocking shots stretches muscles in awkward ways, making physiotherapy very important to staying healthy and effective at his job. Kristian Seppanen appreciates all members of the staff though - whether coaching staff, physical staff, management, or otherwise.
