Hello SHL,

At the end of our GM task reviewing process, multiple teams have been found contravening the GM tasks deadline.

While not explicitly stated in the posted GM tasks, it was also communicated to GMs that any team failing to move unsigned players to free agency in the portal would also receive the punishment for failing to complete a GM task. This was communicated several days in advance via Discord announcement.

As a result, the following teams are issued a punishment in accordance with Section II, subsection C, rule 3 : General Managers must meet all deadlines for Offseason Tasks, including but not limited to regression, budget, roster and lines.

The following teams will receive forfeit their next (own) third round pick:

Calgary Dragons @boom @Possum Queen - (Failure to move FAs prior to freeze)

Edmonton Blizzard @HabsFanFromOntario @Eggcracker - (Failure to post Lines Thread)

Manhattan Rage @Citizen of Adraa @Canadice - (Failure to move FAs prior to freeze)

Minnesota Monarchs @eddiesnothere @Crazytomato - (Failure to post Lines Thread)

San Francisco Pride @BadWolf @Toast - (Failure to move FAs prior to freeze)

Seattle Argonauts @efischermann @Ohtaay - (Failure to post Lines Thread)

Toronto North Stars @mcgriddleluver @jaypc8237 - (Failure to post Lines Thread)

Winnipeg Aurora @Ace @LeakyCink - (Failure to post Lines Thread)

In addition, the New Orleans Specters (@JKortesi81/@Pythonic) failed to deposit contracts until 10/10 (four days after the GM task deadline), and will receive the following punishment:
Forfeiture of S81 NOLA 2nd, $2,000,000 cap penalty for S80

As always, the above teams may appeal this decision and can send an appeal request to any head of the appeals committee, currently @DrunkenTeddy and @Leafs4ever. Any appeal should be filed within 48 hours of publication of this punishment.
