Written Option 1: Hockey is ultimate teamsport and who you are on ice with often can be more impactful than your own skill to the end results. So who are your players linemates, defensive pair or other half of the goalie tandem? Have they been playing together for long and reached very high chemistry or are they still building towards that? Do they help out each other during the practice? Do they spend time with each other outside of the rink or is it strictly professional relationship?
Graphic Option 1: Create an image that shows your player with their linemates, defensive pair or the other goalie.
Written Option 2: Social media is part of the everyday life wanted we it or not, and thus it is easier than ever before to find what people are thinking and writing about you. How much does your player follow what is written or talked about them around the internet? Is it mostly positive or negative? Do they interact with said media and if they do how? Maybe they are starting the conversations themselves to get more attention?
Graphic Option 2: Create a social media post about your player

Written Option 2: Alexa largely attempts to avoid paying too much attention to media, traditional, mass, or social. In her first few years in the J, they could be brutal, ripping apart every part of her game, every action she took, even analyzing the way she sat on the bench. But even still, when you want to be the best there was, you care what people think, so she was drawn slowly but surely right back in. Podcasts, chirper threads, youtube videos, reddit posts, though it's not something she tries to spend too much time on, she does consume most of it, at least a little. She was certainly worried about what she would find there on her rookie season, coming up to Edmonton, in a similar situation to when she first came into St Louis four years before, but her season has silenced the haters and doubters resoundingly. Now, she's mostly getting quote-chirped 'nice' for her sixty nine points!
Of course William Salming follows social media and what people are writing about him. If someone says that they are not following social media, they are lying simply as that. Because human nature is curious. Salming accepts that it is a part of his job to be a public person. That's why he doesn't participate conversions about him. He just reads them silently at his own home office and sometimes laughs to them if there are some funny stories about his performances on ice. But Salming is still active in the Twitter and helds a monthly Q and A session there with fans. He began the habit when he played in Seattle and he has continued it in Hamilton. It is a nice way to get in touch with the fans and get closer to them so they don't write so negative comments about Salming if William plays a bad game or misses one-timer when there is an empty net ahead of him. So yeah, that is Salming's social media routine, you could say.
Oooooooh Matthias is absolutely the sort to Google his own name. He doesn’t have a social media team, he in fact directly owns and manages the domain of his most popular fansite, as well as the second and third most popular fan sites, too. It’s a bit of an open secret that he’s been slowly forming a cult based around his most credulous fans, and the moment someone starts congregating in multiple fan clubs at once, he starts buying them tickets and sending them to games - it’s good for morale, seeing such hyper fans out there screaming for STL and Quebec like that! And it does the cult good to have a solid and reliable system of recruitment! Matthias has been trying to buy the domains of the fourth, fifth, and sixth most popular fan clubs, because honestly, it kind of seems like there’s someone catfishing the users and trying to start a cult around themselves, and that’s just poor form. He’s just in a tough spot once if he reports the cult indoctrination activity to this guy’s domain manager to get the sites taken down, he’s worried this guy might try the same thing to him, too… it’s a very delicate balance to maintain, you know?
When Tingle first joined the league he was not very well versed in social media. Despite being a young kid he never followed down that path. As he had gotten deeper into the league he realized how much social media influences the younger generation and how it can be used as a promotional platform for his team. Tingle started his own account in his second year in the league. It was mainly a way to interact with fans and bring awareness to the team. He did his best to stay away from the negativity but it’s hard to not follow along with some of it. He spent more time engaging with fans who would comment on the team events or who would DM him. He would even respond to some of the haters to see if they would be willing to see things from Tingles side of things. Social media has been a great tool since Tingle started using it and will continue to use it as long as he is apart of the hockey world.

Alright, this is a fun one. Gwendolyn was called up early alongside Olafur (@HabsFanFromOntario) and Alexa (@cake307) so that this rookie line can build some deep chemistry. With Dash and @Eggcracker lining up the pairs, this line is COOKING for no reason at all. Despite being a line of all rookies, all three forwards are leading the rookies in points, and are confusing all of the data junkies who expected a rookie babied by strong players to be the one way in the lead. Instead, Gwendolyn is feeding Alexa and Olafur hard, and they're scoring like veterans. As the team continues to develop and gain chemistry together, and the Dmen fill in the defensive gaps, the line aims for the stars and records if this trend continues. The most ironic part of it all is that, despite playing in Gretzky's Office position, Gwendolyn seems to be playing as a strong playmaker, not caring to build goals and instead ensuring that the line as a whole succeeds in a way that's unexpected by anyone.
Louis Belanger likes to follow what is written on social media. He spends a lot of time looking at a few of his teammates social media to make sure they are well behaving, which unfortunately, happens very rately. His half English Half French @HillsHaveHats constantly posts pictures of his sandwiches on the Internet. After the incident a few weeks back where he got kicked out of training camp, he has gone berserk posting pictures of the PB&J sandwiches he eats every day. He started dipping them in mayonaise. Next we have @Snussu who livestreams himself. The problem is nobody is watching the stream because everyone is sleeping. Snussu keeps streaming for the wrong time zone! We also have people like @JR95 who never responds to his pings and describes his experiences shopping at Home Depot. He got into multiple online fights with fans on where to bring lightbulbs. @Count Chocula chocolate's recipe sucks even if chocula is his name.
Option #2: Social Media is part of the fabric of our society now a days. There is no way to really avoid it. And I don't want to avoid it. I engage with my fans. Yes there are some mega trolls out there who only want to being a person down, but I can laugh off those. Tune out and turn off the trolls. Some of the criticism I can also take to make my game better because not everyone hating on you is always wrong. But what I am knownn for and why I already have almost a million followers and gowning is a contest I run. A lot of places feature contests for pets like dog of the week or cat of the week where people post or "send in" pictures of their favorite pets doing something wacky. But for me I have a "catch" of the week where any fisherperson out there posts a picture of there best catch of the week. And the reason can vary, it can be a giant one, or a rare one, or just down right strange looking. But then I go and select my favorite as the Catch of the week and they never know what will catch my eye, so people have started "dressing up" their catches with fancy poles or strange outfits. And that is how you use social media now.
“The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again. ... There are neither beginnings nor endings to the Wheel of Time. But it was a beginning.”
Cormier isn't the most tuned in to social media, but he does keep his eyes on them from time to time to satisfy his fomo. Particularly, he likes taking a peek at what people are saying about him and New England when they are playing well. I mean, who doesn't like taking in some praise from time to time. The harder part is when he or the team are not doing particularly great. Seeing some negative comments can make it even more difficult to get out of a rut than it already is, and it gets even harder as the losing streak continues and the intensity of the comments intensifies. Thanfully, Cormier has gotten better at avoiding social media when the comments are at their worst, but it's still hard to avoid everything. Lucky for Cormier, the wolfpack have been playing extremely well for quite a while now, with very few extended periods of struggles, which makes it less mentally taxing to keep up with socials during the season.
dieter frühstück's defensive partner is javelin bodine. they're on the first pairing together. frühstück and bodine were drafted to anchorage together last season, and have played together for multiple seasons now, so their chemistry is pretty good. they have a good cop, bad cop relationship on the ice. bodine has 40 points (12 goals) and is a takeaway machine. he also loves to throw the body. bodine is a great puck moving defenseman and generates a lot of offense, which is good because frühstück is not that. frühstück is an offensive black hole (hasn't scored a goal all year), but he makes up for it by being the reigning defensive defenseman of the year. frühstück blocks a lot of shots and excels at taking away the puck. he also kills penalties. it's the perfect pairing for a team that's looking to win it all - a good offensive blueliner and a good defensive one too.
ty to @High Stick King @EvilAllBran and @Ragnar for the sigs
Graj has known everyone on his team for a very long time. Sure, there are some rookies that he hasn't been able to play with a ton yet, but Graj has always made it a point to fly out to every rookie's home base for offseason and do simulated walkthroughs and light workouts with them so that he can get to know who they are and how they play as soon as possible. Graj is a huge believer in team chemistry and believes that the better you know your teammates, the better the team will perform as you will have a certain anticipation for what each individual will do. Some player don't like to shoot, others like to fake passes and then shoot, and you can help sell these things as a good teammate because you know how each other works. You will always have a better knowledge of your line, but knowing your entire team is absolutely essential to any team.
