I love a good food tradition on Christmas, no matter what it is! We start cooking Christmas green chili early the day before, so the whole house smells like it all day long on Christmas Day!

Gotta love Christmas food! We don’t go the traditional route, we usually mix it up and go with Italian, do like a lasagna or chicken parmesan. This year we are doing Mexican food, going with chicken and steak fajitas with veggies, rice, beans and the rest of the works!

Mexican christmas sounds awesome. We're Italian so on xmas eve we do all seafood/fish and pasta. On christmas day we usually have a big ham and then lasagna or manicotti. nothing beats it. looking forward to chowing down tonight
