We have a big holiday party, we have a christmas sleepover where there are many different game tournaments that happen throughout the festivities. First We enjoy a good meal of our team favorite mcdonalds grimace happy birthday dinner meal which we consume in droves with additional mashed potatoes, gravy and stuffing. This dietary plan is part of what keeps Winnipeg at the top of our performing strength. Some of the games that we have are massive mario kart tournaments, on n64 of course because its the best game by far. As well as a ping pong tournament which determines who gets to have the best pick in our white elephant. As is tradition we have our wrestling match to determine who will be crowned the christmas king and get to put the star on the tree. To end all the festivities we will burn the tree and use it to roast smores with eachother as a metaphorical way to enjoy some smores.

You could definitely make the argument that Alexi Piastri shouldn't have been in charge of planning the Panthers christmas party, but that's exactly what ended up happening. It's a miracle that the team didn't end up camping in a van on some isolated frigid northwestern coastline in search of good waves. Piastri pulled some strings with some of his buddies at the Thermal Club in the California desert not too far outside of Los Angeles, and managed to get the team some track time to drive some pretty sweet high performance cars. Some of the players were lucky enough to get to drive some truly unique cars, such as Reed Kobo getting to drive a Ferrari formula one car that was previously raced by Kimi Raikkonen, or Elena Maximova turning laps in a modern day GTD Lamborghini.
The team as a whole ended up participating in a shifter cart race on a shortened version of the circuit. Adam Prpich proved to be pretty good at driving, taking the win after a spirited battle with Axel Kirby, Willow Soderberg Snooks, Derek Martin, & Rasmus Bergling.

One last game before Christmas break. That's it. Gagner had it in his head that he'd go all out for this one, given that there will be a length break following the game anyway, during which he'd have plenty of time to recover. After putting up a couple of goals for his team, he found himself in a 4-4 tie in the dying minutes of the game. The coach put him out near the end of regulation, and Gagner knew what he had to do. To score a game winning goal in the final seconds of a game to complete a hat trick is any player's dream. After a minute or so on the ice, nothing was working, and his coach was calling his line to go back to the bench. Gagner made a split second decision to stay out when he got the puck on his stick. This was it, this would be his moment. That is, until he was stripped of the puck while his team was changing. He was too exhausted to backcheck, and the next thing he knew, the puck was in the back of his team's net. He could feel the anger his coach had towards him without even saying a word. It was in that moment that he knew he'd be getting coal for Christmas. Rocky Gislason was asked to help prepare for the Colorado Raptors Christmas Party. Rocky loves to party, so this was a big deal to him and also an honor. So the first thing to decide was what he was going to wear. It has to be a "costume/dress up" type party. So since Rocky is helping with the party, it only makes sense to dress up as Buddy the Elf. The next plan is that everyone needs to bring some food or drink to the party. The Coaches/GMs are tasked with bringin the drinks, so that they are solely responsible for how the party turns out. The Goalies are tasked with appetizers. The Forwards are tasked with the main food, and the defenseman are tasked with desserts. Rocky will have a jukebox there for the musical entertainment. Each song will cost $100 to play, and all money made will go to a charity for kids during Christmas. The Raptors parties are always just pure fun nothing too crazy or obnoxious. So the party is a great time. -179 words

When Jeremy attends the San Diego Tidal Christmas Party, he would definitely bring a wide variety of items with him. First, would have to be some alien catnip. Unlike regular catnip, you've got this intergalatic catnip that makes Jeremy forget about his pocket dimension (much to everyone's joy) and he just wants to have fun and do things like, juggling with his tentacles. Otherwise, even Jeremy isn't quite sure what he might bring to the party. He is filled with so much stuff in his pocket dimension that sometimes when you think it's a hairball, it's actually something like a tank that comes out of his mouth. It makes it endlessly surprising and terrifying. Some might say this is why they actually made Jeremy play Santa Paws on Christmas day, because you never knew if you were getting a naughty or nice gift from his infinite sack of joy (aka, his pocketdimension)

'Twas the party for Christmas, and all over the clubhouse Plenty of creatures were stirring, though there was no mouse. For Trevor was prepping the team a fine holiday feast. His team deserved it, since they've been playing like beasts For the entree, there was a variety of meat Like steak, chicken, lamb, pork, so much to eat! and for sides, there was mac, and potatoes, and greens and dinner rolls and casseroles and yes, even green beans. And for dessert, he usedthe night prior spending hours to bake A multitude of sweets, not just limited to cake. Like cookies and brownies and pastries stuffed with cream And to top it all off there was....well, ice cream. And after the meal? Why that's the best part. Cause that's when my favorite part begins to start. Because that's when I bring out the kegs for my teammates to use all filled up with a bounty of booze (or soda, for the non-drinkers). And we drink and we drink and we drink through the night. All to celebrate how all season long, we gave a tough fight. Then we sober up, sleep it off, and we get back to work. Cause we got teams to beat, so lets take down those jerks!

The game is tied four to four... the Atlanta Inferno of the Simulation Hockey League are in an evenly matched game against an undescribed dream opponent. The Atlanta Inferno have been on fire this season (see what I did there??) and in Jiggle E Puff's christmas dream, things were no different. Jiggle E Puff is a textbook narcissist and often is the hero of his own stories, and this dream unfolded just as many had before it! Jiggle E Puff receives a beautiful pass from his good friend, defensive man Philippe-Eko Eel after a great kick save from star goalie Stun Gun. Puff takes the puck across the midline and into the attacking zone where he holds up play in order to give time for the other forwards to get down the ice. He dishes the puck beautifully to Atlanta top scorer Jae-ik Barron, who one-times the puck into the net from the wing and Atlanta wins as time expires!

For the team Christmas party, its not really about WHAT presents you get. Its about beating your teammates. We are all a competitive bunch, I mean we are pro-sim hockey players. And we all make fine money, so its not like there is something a teammate can buy for us that we couldn’t get ourselves. What’s important is being able to win. That’s something money cant buy you. Not even in the SHL.
So the games themselves can be funny. Best at speed wrapping a present with hockey gloves on. Rolling a tub of wrapping paper down the hallway and landing closest to the target. Any stupid little game like this can ignite that competitive urge in the team and everyone starts having a good time. Dunkler would opt to bring some kind of dip. Spinach Artichoke? Too easy. Cheese dip? Too simple. Something like a 7 layer dip or queso with meat and beans.

A team Christmas party and I’m in charge? Hell yeah! We certainly won’t be having the party at the rink. However, there are plenty of really great spots for us to get together as a team down by the lake. We rent out a restaurant with a city and lake view. And just like that, we have a place to get together. The party attire is formal, black tux. And boy you should have seen some of the outfits we were expecting. Red and green velvets on suits and dresses all over the place. Food planning was easy. Hockey players don’t tend to be very picky. So we just had lots of chicken, pasta and an assortment of appetizers and pretty much everyone left full and happy. Although, they were probably more full and happy thanks to the giant team Christmas cake that we had brought in to cap off the holiday celebration for the Syndicate. The holiday party might just have to become a holiday tradition in Chicago…

So Dominik isn’t necessarily the biggest party animal, so he was mostly brought into the party planning committee because he would be a good gauge of whether or not things were going too far. For example, when it was suggested that the team put a bouncy castle on the ice for the post drinking activities, Dominik is the one who stepped in to be like, yeah nah maybe putting a whole bunch of large drunk adults into a sliding, giant bouncy house is a bad idea. Of course, he did sign off on other things like a fun drinking luge and having a combination of both fancy and not at all fancy foods (like both fois gras and cheese pizza). Just because it should be safe and enjoyable doesn’t mean it won’t be crazy fun for everyone involved. After all, having been a part of two Cup wins with most of these teammates, Dominik knew they all know how to party and have fun.

Being in charge of the team Christmas party would be a big responsibility for a guy like Pork Tenderloin but I suppose since he is a veteran and part of the leadership group it makes sense that he would step up and do something like that. One thing he has always wanted to do was make his own homemade eggnog for a Christmas party so that would likely be one of the greatest parts of the whole occasion. Though I would not be surprised at all to learn that he messed up and put WAY too much alcohol into the eggnog and leading to the entire team getting shitfaced at the party. I dont think it would be a bad thing necessarily but it would be a lot of chaos with guys like that Troy McClure or Olof getting their hands on the good stuff. It would certainly be a great time nonetheless since spending time with those you love is what the holidays are all about. <3

SHL GM pure of heart, dumb of ass Söderström makes a great save and gets the puck to Cheeks Klapanen, who fires a pass up the ice for Sonja Solberg. While the pass is on its way, Frøya Solberg sneaks up the middle of the ice and gets a one-touch pass with a head of steam to go in on the breakaway and score.

Colton Paraygeko is a big fan of Karaoke and brought his machine for the team to sing some tunes. He even took the liberty of re-writing some Christmas songs to make them hockey-oriented.
“Last Christmas, I gave you my Hart trophy But the very next play, you gave the puck away (you gave the puck away) This year, to save me from turnovers I’ll give it to someone with special stickhandling” Colton also brought his poker table and chip set for a high-stakes poker tournament. Unfortunately, the game was cut short when Jason Bourne accused Big Sweg of counting cards, even after many others told him that was a strategy for Black Jack. Colton made bison patties and his families world-famous Saskatoon berry pie for the group. Sadly, Hannah Crowder is allergic to Saskatoon berries and had to be transported to the hospital, but she said it was so good that it was worth it. Things didn’t go as planned, but everyone is adamant that the tradition should continue on next year, perhaps leaving the poker table at home.

Christmas Miracle for sure. You think you can stop the Pride this season? We are on a run to win back to back championships. Our rivals should be honoured taking us to overtime. Svatos probably made a defensive block and aided in the break out pass for the game winning overrrrrrrtimeeeeeeee goal. After our impressive victory, we would all gather as a team to enjoy our success thus far. Knowing that we weren't satisified until we were lifting the challenge cup again.
Play by play the game winning goal would come two minutes and twenty seven seconds into the first overtime period. With the season Bayle is having it wouldn't surprise me if they ripped home the winner, going glove side under the bar. Prompting a big celebration when he scores. Back to the locker rooms to celebrate, and rest for a few days. The pride has played a lot of hockey in a short amount of time. |
