My player's new years resolution will be to be better on the defensive end. Since he knows that defence isn't a strong suit of his, so improving it will make him a better player on both ends of the ice. He would achieve it by just putting more effort in defensive drills and studying his defensive play more and adapt.

my new years resolution is to finish the season with a positive plus minus rating. being the worst in the league is not the record that i wanted for this season.

Rasmus' new years resolution is just to make every decision to make sure that he's being the best version of himself. Nothing that's driven by anything other than self-improvement and by virtue, helping his team win the cup.
