I likely need a Co-GM to help me run the [Redacted].

What:
The role of a Co-GM is nebulous, for more insight on what me and my three peers are considering in their Co-GMs, please see the SHL Tonight podcast episode featuring all of us: Timestamp 45:40

In short, I'm looking for people who are socially engaged in the locker room and scouting, but also capable of bringing their unique perspective to internal discussions and pushing back on ideas for the future of the franchise. If you have any interest in the role of developing an expansion team, applied for one of these expansion slots, or wonder if you might be a good fit for the position, I'd like to have an open ended conversation about what some of your ideas are and what skills you might bring to the role.

Some of those skills could include:
Leadership and mentoring experience

As the owner of the Spidey Talent Agency I have led a dedicated and successful group of Agents across the sports medium help players get the most money possible. I have done this by helping provide insight and know how to my entire team based on my years of experience getting under other GMs nerves until they crack.

Being a top end sports agent I have a huge field of kids full of potential that I look after. I give them fantastic advice all the time like:

"Have you tried not sucking?"

"Do you want to make the majors, try and do what you are doing but do it good."

"Perhaps your Mom should have told your Dad she had a headache when you were conceived because you are a playing like a waste of space right now."

"Sorry kid I am letting you go, I don't got time for nobodies."

The main goal is to get rid of the ones who ain't mentally tough enough. Also I hate 6 - 8 year olds.

I have brought on and trained up many Agents within the Spidey Talent Agency. Mostly Me, Myself, and I, and those guys are killing it!

I can tell you I spend a grand total of at least 17 minutes showing the guy the ropes. You know, there's the bathroom, there's your computer, turn it on by pressing that button. Now get on the GOD DAMN PHONE AND GET ME SOME STAR PLAYERS!

Mostly it is divide and conquer. Get their top stars to sign on and others will follow. Don't take no for an answer and don't negotiate with terrorist, GMs, get top dollar and make my players happy!

Listen you don't need no math, just tell people this is what you are getting and you put the numbers in the computer, at least that is what Roxanne told me. After that computers do the rest.

Math, school, pfffff, I tell all my players to skip school. They are going to be millionaire kings! Kings I yell you.

I tell the kids, do you think you can do this. You wouldn't lie to your old friend Mr. Spidey becuase if you do, I will find where you live and I will....

My lawyer says I can comment anymore, but no kid ever lies to me and we get a good commitment.

I have done a ton, get them young and lock them up to life time contracts. They try and leave and you sue them to kingdom come. You know those kiddie leagues, high schoolers, sometimes I go to junior leagues, but they seem a bit to old and most are lying jerks by that time and signed on with someone else.
