Good Afternoon SHL

Head office has been in discussion of reports of conduct violations by the user Sausage.

We have investigated and have determined that Sausage has indeed violated our conduct rules (specifically the portions of rule I.K.4 that pertain to harassment and ableism). The user has been spoken to multiple times by several members, including members of Head Office, but has shown no willingness to correct those behaviors.

For this reason, we are issuing Sausage a first level conduct offense punishment:
First Offense - 1 week posting ban and 3 game player suspension.

We would like to reiterate that the SHL is intended to be a safe, inclusive space, and harassment of other users, regardless of the nature of that harassment, is unacceptable. If someone tells you that the way you’re engaging with them is making them uncomfortable, stop. If someone is targeting you with behavior that makes you uncomfortable, we encourage you to bring this to HO.

As always, the user may appeal this decision and can send an appeal request to any of the heads of the appeal committee, currently @DrunkenTeddy and @Leafs4ever Any appeal should be filed within 48 hours of this punishment.
