Exactly. I think it's obvious Te'o created her since he's said so many things in the past that lead you to believe that...oh, you know, he had seen her, i.e. that they met at a Stanford game when ND played them in Palo Alto.

Don't buy what Notre Dame is saying, they're worth too much money and are trying to pick up the pieces by saying they came forward about previously. And if they were aware of that, why didn't they come out and say it before?

How did they embarrass him in public? If they would've trashed him they would've crucified him and said he made it all up with his friend. The report came out and Notre Dame came to his defense the best they could, I mean what else are they going to say?

you said if ND knew why didnt they come out and say it before...im saying why would they do that and publicly embarrass him.
obviously they are gonna keep it in house and do their best to not let it get out publicly

Well a couple weeks ago as they said in the article a lot of twitter accounts and tweets were being deleted that were associated with this whole issue. Perhaps they were starting to be pressured about his fake girlfriend and his family decided to come to Notre Dame and say that it was a hoax to try and save face?

I personally don't believe him in the least bit and is going to let someone else to the fall to save his draft stock and prevent character questions.

Understandable, I would love to be wrong because this is a twisted story. But to me it seems fairly obvious, but like you said not everything is out there yet.
