I like this idea, helps grow bank accounts and still allows people to get better when needed.

1. There should be no banking points, period.

2. I think any first-year player should be allowed to be sent down, regardless of TPE. I get the point of not having second-year guys dominate with their high TPEs, but most SHL teams can't fit rookies in their lineup, and it's better for them to go to the minors.

If each team gets one designated rookie send down I don't think it'll cause issues in junior, so for that reason I think any first-year SHL draftee, regardless of TPE, should be allowed to play in the NWJHL.

that is what i think is the best! in real the 1st year rookies can sent down! that isn't important how many TPE they have! the 2nd year i think with 325 TPE it is ok! and 4th year and older(after the enrtry level contract length of 3 years) can't play NWJHL!

i think the best way is ....

the TPE they banked on a player can change to money!

for example

1 banked TPE = 0,1 million
10 banked TPE = 1 million
and so on

but you can't buy TPE

The VHL does that, where you get to use a percentage of the TPE of your current guy toward your next one. I like that idea for encouraging recreates.

I'm not sure on the money part, to be honest, but I think taking 10% of your current player's TPE for a recreate is a good idea. At most, it's like 97 TPE. :lol:
