I kinda like Bleak and think the suspension is somewhat over the top, especially if you compare it to what a guy like Serpe got... BUT I think there is no doubt that Bleak deserved a significant suspension at least in the 10 game-range or something for all the stuff that has been said over the last few weeks. Yes, people are trying to nag him left and right at the moment and yes, some Commishes seem to be more critical towards him than towards other users... But that doesn't change the fact that he has screwed up and deserves some kind of suspension (even though this one is excessive imho).

I'd also like to say this was a nearly unanimous decision amongst those who contributed on the Discipline Committee after many days of discussion, so it wasn't simply Commissioner bias.

To clear it up for any disciplinarian who will Be looking at this. My view is NOT commishes suck and stuff. It's, hey, along with the suspension give advice, go over rules, and tips to change. I did that for donini when he got suspended. Look now

We've tried, but he's treated us all like shit constantly, we're giving him a final warning because we believe that is all that will get through to him, he's caused many fights and the reports and attacks kept pouring in when we were discussing this punishment. Take notice to everyone else in the league that if you are going to be a detriment to the league you will not be given the privileged of being a member here.

There are many attacks that went unnoticed such as ones against myself that were posted by banack and Bleak in the Whalers LR. We are tired of dealing with Bleak, some may say excessive but when the commishes have been dealing with Bleak issues and suspensions for the last month something needs to be done to send a message.

Banackock, I'm glad you're being a good friend and all, but right now it looks like you're just riding the d*** of Bleak and sticking up for his mistakes, which were all made BY him and he deserves to be punished.

If you bothered to read my article which you likely should if you haven't, you'll see why this suspension makes sense. Not only is he a repeat offender, but he attacks people willingly and knowing the consequences and doesn't take in regard that some people could be more "sensitive" than others, even if it is intended as a joke, he takes things way too far and doesn't even bother to care for his actions.

It'd be one thing to do it the odd time, but he's always stirring the pot and causing trouble, and truthfully it's a good thing he's gone for two weeks, just go look at his most recent posts/threads, it's a joke that he even managed to last as long as he did.

As for Drama, that part I'll give you credit for and even go as far as siding with you on that, this league has turned into drama filled city, and sure people take things too seriously and sure people get mad, maybe this to YOU is considered way too harsh of a sentence, but that is because you love the guy like a brother and don't want to see the actual harm he's causing to the environment and integrity of the league. Sure everyone says a few things here and there, but nothing like him, he provokes people, and like I said he straight up could care less about the rules and other people on this site, so why should he be able to participate on it.

All in all, I 100% agree on his suspension and seen it coming a mile away, hopefully he comes back with a better attitude than he left with and understands all we're trying to do here is have fun.

As someone who has no personal beef with him at all (Despite him using me as an example as a way to make his point, Along with others, attempting to get us suspended or not it's still a bit of a bad way to keep yourself in people's good graces) and I have seen some of what he's said to some of the commishes and it's definitely very Meg'esque, and we have learned from her that suspensions don't work... Only cure is a ban. Hopefully Bleak can learn from his mistakes if not then he's gotta go.

Serpe, while a dick, I don't find to be nearly as much of a toxic personality as Bleak has been lately to be 100% honest. I have no beef with either of them, that's just my feelings on it

I can not speak for the whole Commissioner team, but my opinion is this...

Regarding the comparisons to Serpe, I understand completely. I do not believe, however, that at their core the two are similar. The nature of their incidents are, as far as I'm concerned, a little bit different.

That being said, Serpe has been warned as well. If he continues to be a problem, he will face the same consequences as Bleak will. Both are certainly on "probation", if you will.

The reason I say I feel that they are different at their core, is that while Serpe has always been more of a bad troll who takes things too far, Bleak legitimately seeks opportunities to attack anyone and everyone he can to try and start a show. That is detrimental to this league, and if he continues to do so, he won't continue to be a member of this league. We've got plenty of activity here, we'll be fine either way.

Saying his suspension should be changed just because you weren't offended is like saying I believe someone should be suspended for saying something like "boon sucks" because I was offended.
