Nope, because the league sent memos out to all the teams following the Cuban fining saying "Do not reply to media questions about Lebron", you are allowed to talk to players.

What is referred to as tampering is only the discussion of trades offers or free agency signings prior to July 1st. And players are always allowed to talk to each other, which is why Parise and Sutter went to the Wild together.
