He's the furthest thing from clutch. I've never seen him do anything remotely crutch. Quite the opposite. I remember him chucking up 7 or 8 threes and missing in OT against the heat earlier this year and that single handedly killed our team. Because when you subtract a player like Kostka and add a player of Gardiner's calibre you instantly become A LOT better. Gardiner can control the pace of the game. He is a great PP QB and can lead a breakout. He's an amazing skater and would be our most intelligent D on a core that lacks it.
