Your just making this worse. You cant use one year and say he is better. You have to look at past years as well. Also yes Reimer has a better Save percentage but his GA is worse then Carey Price. IMO GA is way more important then Save percentage.

Stats do lie. Reimer is not a proven starter. By your argument, all of those goalies that have played 1 game in the NHL and have good stats are better than proven starters that have slightly worse statistics but have a larger sample size.
