Still need to try and hold down 5th or improve to 4th. Besides Gardiner has been benched 2-3 games now I believe.

He hasn't impressed me at all this season as a defenseman, as a player sure, he's got some great skating and some good offensive opportunities but you guys need DEFENSE you're letting through far too many shots and he doesn't help that cause at all

Kostka doesn't do that either, O'Bryne should be in over Kostka if that's the case.

No he hasn't... I've watched every Leafs game this season, I've not seen him lose you a single game at all. He makes just as many bad plays as Gardiner does.

Not even Close. Kostka is terrible defensivly and is probably the worst in terms of getting the puck out the zone (which already kills our team). The worst mistakes Gardiner has done was blowing a tire or something along those terms, he doest make bad choices like Kostka does.

Gardiner makes many really bad choices for passes. Leading to oddman rushes. He's making rookie mistakes and Kostka is not better nor am I saying he is. But Kostka has not lost you games, and putting in Kostka for one game isn't going to lose you a game, O'Byrne should be in over Kostka or Gardiner but giving him a game of rest is fine.
