Hopefully it is false. If the trade were to go down I'd wake up in a cold sweat every night for the next 10 years due to Gardiner becoming a star and dominating.

I'm not saying he will be as dominate has we hope but he defintely has the potential. Did you watch him during the playoffs? He controlled the game every time he was on the ice and made Boston look extremely silly. It's just something I would rather keep onto to see how he progressess.

He turned it over when pressured, quite a bit. His skating was fantastic though.

He turned it over when pressured, quite a bit. His skating was fantastic though.

Quite a bit? He hardly turned it over at all in that series. He came in and was dominant. The only time he turned it over that was actually noticeable was that OT goal in game 7 trying to clear the puck away. He was much better with his turnovers in the playoffs.
