This thread makes me depressed. Barely gone to the gym since I tore my ACL and Meniscus :(

No what? The whole concept of not working out, eating shit and being overall unhealthy is extremely foreign to me. I love lifting.

I want to cut some fat, although I'm pretty small as is... :lol:

I haven't had many gains over the past while at the gym, I've hit a plateau.

What's your height/weight?

One of quickest ways to drop weight is to cut out all wheat & grains, wheat is terrible for you, combined with working out consistently.

For my age, Im short, about 5 foot 4. Weight wise, Im apperantly underweight at 125ish pounds, but thats because of my short height. i dont have ripped muscles or anything.

Underweight is subjective to what your goal is and whether or not your healthy. Is it hard for you to gain any weight?

I'm 5 foot 7, 145 pounds. I'm not fat by any means, I feel like I could be in better shape though. Anyway, I'm Italian so I feel like cutting out wheat/grains completely is impossible, now way am I going without my pasta Wink
