According to the way things were said to me in the conversations with everyone (Like everyone in authority) he could go back down because he wouldn't be updated. Which was my intent (As the PMs with Fever and the commish team confirmed. Aside from what I told HFFO last night, I haven't planned on keeping him up unless he wants to. After the end of the regular season, after the last game I intend on asking him if he wants to play in the SHL for the playoffs or if he wants to go back to play for St Louis I had full intent on sending him down. Riggsy said he wanted to play some SHL games to see what it was like since he was playing "Like shit" in the SMJHL and wanted to play a couple games in the SHL. I originally intended on calling him up right before the deadline, but ultimately decided to wait until we clinched the playoffs

They can't cash banked until you ask I believe, but clear it with your updater first so that they don't update with you (we had an issue with 44 recently)

This has come up in each of the past 3 seasons, iirc. The ruling seems to change year to year.
