Yeah I mean Russia didn't just lose 3-1 to a team that Canada beat 2-1 in OT. Slovenia didn't get absolutely bitch slapped 5-0. The US has played just fine, but you're far too optimistic if you think just because of how US has played against mediocre teams they're going to have the same dominance against a team of Canada's caliber. You're putting far too much weight into how the scoreboards have shown and not enough on the players on that scoreboard. Believe me. I'd LOVE to see Canada lose, I would love it to see them lose to Latvia more than anything, seeing them go home without a medal would be quite funny. But I don't see them losing to the US sorry.

To be fair, im sure he's right (or at least right in some sense).

We're all watching with our homer glasses on, we miss those kind of things, really there have been two bad calls against us one was the hand over puck (which wouldn't of been a guaranteed goal with how Gudlev is playing anyway) and the other one was the early whistle on one play.
