Soaul Commeunebotte – Olivier Giroud
Soaul would be compared to the French striker for his great ability to score goals, his intimidating size and his unwillingness to pass! Besides the fact that Soaul is black, these two match up beautifully. Jrue Harden – Clint Dempsey Jrue has some great puck control just like Clint Dempsey’s dribbling. They are both dynamic American players who can pass and shoot and do not get pushed off easily. David Winter – Bastien Schweinsteiger David Winter is one of the most dominant all around players in the game, just like his fellow German Midfielder. Where to start? They both have awesome shots combined with great vision, they play both sides of the ball and won’t shy away from shaking an opponent. Not to mention you don’t want to get caught in a physical battle with either of these stars. Kari Barkov – Gareth Bale Other than Barkov being Finish, Bale and him compare great together. Both are extremely fast and have a great eye for the net. However don’t count these wingers out on the defensive side of their games. Bale used to be a LB and has very good defensive capabilities which is the same we could say about Barkov. Jordan Hall – Iniesta Well Jordan Hall may not be one of the top scorers of the league year after year, but there is no denying how good this man can play. Arguably the most complete player in the game, he can shoot, pass, run, dangle and defend. The same can be said about Iniesta, who is known to be one of the greatest passers and dribblers in the world, he also has a very accurate shot, is solid in his own end but yet doesn’t end up on the score sheet as often as one would think. Roberto Martucci – Andrea Pirlo A true legend of the game, Martucci was one of the greatest players to ever suit up for his team. A man who played for the same team for ages, there is only one guy who comes to mind: Fellow Italian Andrea Pirlo. An outstanding dribbler who knows the game inside out, can play a defensive role all game and still end up with a few assists and a goal. Ivo Williams – Arjen Robben Ivo is one of the fastest players on the ice, and combines that with incredible puck handling to make one of the top scorers in the league. Arjen Robben who also originates from The Netherlands, is one of the main products from Bayern Munich playing with similar speed and dribbling which creates him to be a lethal goal scorer. Joshua Botelho – Joao Mountinho Josua and Joao are both from Portugal and both specialize in one thing; Passing. Joao and Joshua not only have a sweet eye for finding open players but they can also lace one to the net if they get the opportunity and of course, they give 100% for their defense. Jakub Aittokallio – Manuel Neuer Jakub has finally made himself one of the big names of the SHL. He goes around winning 3 cups and people still do not realise how much of a huge impact he has on his team. He could be categorized as one of the best goalies in the league and he definitely knows how to win. Jim Lahey – Kyle Walker The Tottenham defender is lightining fast and has a wicked shot, not to mention he’s great in his own end. He’s a young stud and will look to be a valued piece of the English national team. All these attributes can be said about Jim Lahey, also that both players aren’t not known for passing. Brandon Cant – Philipp Lahm One of the most all around defenders in the world, Philipp Lahm and Brandon Cant are similar on both sides of their game. They are both very strong in their own end, with great speed to make up for slightly less of a physical aspect to their game. Offensively they are dynamic in so many ways, passing and shooting are both top class and they can both carry the play up with their technical skill. Keith Doughty – Jordi Alba One of the young guns starting to make a name for himself, Keith Doughty of the Impact uses his speed, dribbling and passing to keep the ball for his team, and if he does lose it, he knows how to win it back. He may be young, but his all around play has him looking to be one of the top Ds of the future. Brandon Donini – Mario Balotelli Has had a reputation to be quite outspoken in the past, however has matured enormously in the last few years. One of the games deadliest offensive players both Donini and Balotelli play with lots of size strength and great skill. They can both shoot extremely well, dribble and run at impressive speeds and when they decide to share the fame, their passing is top notch. Niklas Stryker - Marcel Schmelzer Stryker is a defender who is really starting to find his game. This German comparison fits well for that reason as Schmelzer too is improving and really starting to enter his prime. Both of these defenders are pretty all around when it comes to defending, and have a surprisingly good shot, however their passing totals don’t measure up as high as other defenders. Joey Langdon – Pepe One of the most feared defenders in the league. He’s been known to rough anyone up with his size and brutality. Both these defenders are strong in their own zone and don’t really pay much attention to the offensive. James Blaine – Fernando Torres When you analyze these 2 players you think to yourself, they seem to be able to run fast, dribble and score as they please on occasion, they have the skill to do it, but they don’t! Both these players are very talented and could be huge but just have not found their scoring touch like most predicted. Clyde Arrowny - Sven Bender A member of the German National team and German Club, Sven Bender is an electrifying young stud. At a young age, just like Arrowny he’s already established himself as a great defensive player. Only great things can come from these two oung studs. Jean Pierre Leroux – Isco One of the game’s youngest stars, Isco Alcaron and Jea Pierre Leroux are both outstanding dribblers and playmakers. On the pitch their main focus when playing is keeping possession, and creating chances to score. If these two continue to grow, they will be the face of their leagues. Chris McZerhl – Cristiano Ronaldo As much as it may kill him, McZ is one of the games most lethal scorers. He can do it all and it shows not only on the score sheet, but in the mouths of the fans. He’s a fan favourite who does it all, that speaks one name, Cristiano Ronaldo. Congrats. In real life though, he’s Gotze. Lance Uppercut – Sergio Ramos One of the games top defenders, Lance Uppercut compares to Spanish star Sergio Ramos. Both these defenders have been the face of their franchises’ defense for years now and both dominate the game on both defense and offense. There aren’t many defenders you can compare to these 2. Christoph Klose – Miroslav Klose Honestly, you get the idea. Teemu Nurmi – John Terry Other than these 2 D-men having amazing two way skill, having won cups for their club and being one of the most popular names in their respective leagues, what do these 2 have in common? They both will never shy away from running their mouth and getting under any of their opponents skin. Jermaine Tennyson – David De Gea Both these goalies are young and really starting to blossom for their team. If they continue their hard work and promising ways, they will end up as one of the league’s top goaltenders of tomorrow. JNH – Lionel Messi There he is, arguably the leagues top player, Jordan Nugent Hall has got to be the highest scorer in the SHL right now. Although he’s not an overall top player, he makes up for his weaknesses with his top notch strengths. Magnus Vikstand – Rafael Varane Already an established player, Magnus Vikstand has nothing but high potential in the SHL. He will be on all the GM’s radars and when he gets drafted, its tough to get rid of him. Varane has only one difference, he is already on Real Madrid. However the youngster is arguably the top defensive prospect at his young age, already defending some of the world’s best superstars. ![]() Registered S10, S18 Challenge Cup Champion ![]() SHL Awards Committee S15, S16, S22 Challenge Cup Champion ![]() Registered Member

I was thinking Ramires. Sven Bender works actually a little better, I think. Good pick Deezy.
