From what I've seen from Cooper, he's very well balanced. He is there to make the team perform well, and they did that this season, regardless of what happens the rest of this series, they had two rookies lead their team for a good chunk of the season, they had arguably two of the top 3 Calder nominees on their team and that says a lot about Cooper as a coach, he's done a good job of turning coal to diamond and polishing the diamonds Tampa already had.

Tampa's best days are ahead of them, they're not in need to win now mode. They've got 2 solid young goalies, (1 who is top 3 Vezina this season imo), two of the top 3 point totals in scoring, and one of the (arguable) top 3 players in the world. AND they have Jonathan Drouin who could be an absolute stud. Tampa would be dumb to rush back Bishop.
