To add to the list.
PS4- Infamous: Second Son
MLB 14: The Show
Xone- Forza Motorsport 5
Dead Rising 3 will be
Titanfall (I think?)
The next GoW game will
And my favorite: Kinect Sports Rivals
And yeah those were just off the top of my head
Ones I listed were ones that haven't come out that are coming out later this year or in 2015. Dead Rising 3, Forza, Titanfall, Kinect, Infamous and MLB have all already come out.
Thank you to My boys @Merica and @Ragnar for the lovely sigs!

Shit sorry I didn't read the original question. I thought it was just exclusives in general

I have a Wii U also, Mario Kart 8 is pretty solid but a big step back from Mario Kart 7 imo, Smash Bros should be good. Windwaker HD is awesome.
Nintendo is making a comeback and their titles are always fun and nostalgic. I'm beyond stoked for Smash, might even buy it for my 3DS too just to play it against others at convention centers. B)
I feel the PS4 is a better investment. There will be better games coming out for it after a few cycles. The system has more power which will be utilized. Plus I've been sick of Microsoft's policies lately.
And yeah what JT said earlier, MLB14 The Show is awesome.

FYI, Dead Rising 3 is coming to Steam in September, so it's not really exclusive.
My input: I enjoy my PS4. I prefer Sony's exclusives to Microsoft's and if you have a Capable PC I feel PS4 is the better choice as many of Microsoft's past console exclusives have been on Steam as well (L4D2, Alan Wake, the Witcher 2, Fable 3).
