Wait rice is from ottawa? Now I feel bad

Also, there's a rumour our arena might move downtown, which would increase ticket sales and maybe Melnyk will open up his pockets Smile
Been here since '97 :(( Thanks for excluding me!!!

And ya! I read in the paper yesterday that they're thinking of building an arena at Lebreton Flats! But it's open for discussion as to what they're actually gonna build.

It may be a mall, or another commercial centre. But it has to be "significant". Also, it has to incorporate Confederation Line. If that subway ever gets built.

To be fair, there's no reason Id know haha. Been in ottawa since 2011 for school but I've always lived an hour drive away

Any place other than Kanata is perfect. Just a horrid placement

Where do you go to school?

LOL Kanata....at least there are actually houses there now. When they first built that arena, it was nothing....

Lol if the Sens are up there....your priorities are wrong...

Should be:
1. Vancouver
2. Boston
3. Kings

That's cuz Carleton is so accepting...the atmosphere is so different between the two schools. I always feel so nervous at OttawaU cuz everyone I encounter there is so stressed out about school.

Carleton is the exact opposite, most people are so laid back lol

Nah, Vancouver is a joke so no reason to hate them. Boston I like a good portion of their roster (Bergeron, Krejci, Hamilton, Chara, Rask, Ericsson, Lucic), Marchand is the only one I actively dislike on Boston, and the Kings are also in my top 3 because they are our biggest division Rivals Tongue

Sens I just cannot stand, I hate Karlsson, I hate Bobby, I hate Turris, I hate Neil, I hate Phillips and one of my top 5 most hated players in the entire NHL is Alfredsson, I know he's not on the team anymore but he's still one I associate with them.

Thank you to My boys @Merica and @Ragnar for the lovely sigs!

Oh I 100% agree. Its so crazy. I also find people at uOttawa have a sense of superiority. Check out our spotted page on facebook, its ridiculous when people start debating and think that because they are in University, whatever they say is law.
