UPDATED!

Ok, I know it can be quite confusing at first, but I need to walk you through a number of issues in your recent update.  In the end, you will get where you intended on going minus one update of ST from 40->42.  I can get you to just 41 and SC 65; not 65 1/2.  Here's the scoop, step by step:

1) Only submit one update per week.  If you add anything before you see an updater's post stating "updated" or "denied", just edit your original post.  Gets quite confusing for updaters looking at multiple update posts per week.

2) Your early bird claim of +2 is denied, because the link goes to the post itself and not the post made by the progression team in the claim thread.
3) So I have to reduce your posted attribute increases by a cost of 2 TPE.  I took one from SC as 65 and 65 1/2 are the same in the sim.  You won't see any performance difference as it only recognizes full numbers.  The other I took from ST since it was the last increase posted.

Please let me or your GM know if you have any questions.

Thank you for clarifying! I will be more through next week, I got a little jumbled with understanding how to make the updates but I now have my own personal tracker that I am using that will help me make cleaner updates in the future.

UPDATED!
So, you earned 12 TPE including the camp and you actually started with 161:
New Total TPE: 161+12=173
Your EN was already 52 so putting 2 TPE in it: 52->54
Did not spend any of the training camp TPE, so I banked it all and indicated what it must be used for.  You can take a look at your roster page to see how that is noted.  Whatever is before the parentheses is your total bank, within the parentheses is the portion that is allocated to specific attributes.  In your case all of your 10 banked is allocated to particular attributes.

UPDATED!

You can spend your banked equipment TPE, of course.  Since you did have a SC increase and you have SC banked, I thought I would point that out.  But since you list the same banked as prior to this update, I assumed you were spending the 3 TPE you earned this week and not any bank.
