I've got a question actually, is there a relatively big difference between a build that has 40 passing and 50 scoring compared to 80 passing and 90 scoring since the stats just influence decision making right?

The gap is equal, yes, but the 80 passing and 90 scoring build will have more accurate passes and more shots on goal. In general it’s a more effective build, but the decision making split should theoretically still be the same as 40/50 because the gap is the same.

Skating still plays a role in this, but let’s just assume it’s 45 and 85 for the sake of consistency.
