I was thinking an interesting option would be that if you do a PBP you are paid in $$$ and no longer have to do PTs for the next season, I have definitely spent more time doing every PBP I have ever done than the 4-5 PTs we usually have throughout a year.

This. We'll have alternative viewing methods for games, I believe FHM has a boxscore sim with text that shows the current events happening the game similar to what is done in EA NHL's sim. Could just stream this.
