I know the attribute system is like fm but for some reason the updating thing is the only thing i dont like and I feel like a switch would be a bit harder for some of the newgens and recreates alike

you're absolutely right bloos:

Quote:This is just one of the many scales that have been brought up, not one that we're definitely using in the future, so take this with a grain of salt.

This isn't even close to the final scale, just one of the ones that we've talked about. There'll definitely be some refinement as more testing happens.
That's great to hear cal! As someone who's got experience with FM (i love it tbh) I've always felt privately that we could adopt something like FHM as a sim engine, and I'm excited to see where this all goes.

oh by the way ... I would like for all an updater site for testing around! idk how much time that will take to do ... but then it would be way easier to test the own builds

with this scale we should definitely change the regression ....

many things to do! my move is nearly done after that I can bring up some vision by the GOD if the SHL Universe would like to see some GOD VISIONS

Fuck max builds, they cause builds to be all the same. I want distinct and unique player builds!

Definitely good that it’s impossible to max out a player. No player is perfect in every stat. McDavid is the best player in the NHL but obviously isnt perfect defensively or physically. Some players are best of the best defensively but lack in their offensive game. I think not being able to max a build helps in building a team with the right players and also makes it more fun for role playing

Said it before and I'll say it again, FHM is such a good option. I'm not sure if the league intends to pursue it past speculation as to if it would work, but I really hope it does. STHS is washed out and doesn't fit the needs of our community.

And guys... build diversity in FHM is huge. It's hard to even comprehend the major differences it offers.

The fact that it's possible to have successful defensive players, setting roles, and affecting strategies for forecheck, breakouts, line matching, and more are all major selling points for FHM. Some of these are dreams for me as a head coach and a player

Cal doesn't really cover the negatives that go with a move to FHM, but from what we can tell the primary ones are more work for simmers (could hire additional workers for this), and a lack of individual game exports. We could work around the individual game details by either screenshots of the games, or having someone manually add them to the index, but obviously that would be a lot of work. Ideally OOTP listens and adds the individual games to the csv exports, if they do it makes this even more ideal.
