Time to get to work, I'll need a co-GM in Anaheim and I'm gonna have open apps for the job. These questions are more of a guideline than anything so feel free to write your app however you want and don't feel obliged to follow them completely. Please PM me applications, I'll close apps at 4:00pm EST Monday, January 13th.

1. How active are you on Discord on a typical day?
2. Do you have a SimonT license and if not are you open to getting one for testing?
3. Tell me about your GM philosophy in the SMJHL, what's your main focus when building a team? How will this bring success?
4. Taking all assets into account, briefly describe your short and long term ideas for Anaheim.
5. Is there anything else you'd like to add that you think would boost your app?

If your player is currently on another SMJHL team please include your plans to acquire your player in 4.
