Mikhail Lokitonov Calls it a Career
#1

Mikhail Lokitonov is announcing his retirement from professional hockey at the end of season 52, stating wanting to focus on his life away from the game and focusing on his family.

Lokitonov currently has 525 points in 550 games for the North Stars (bojo pls bring back the box) which lands him in the top 5 in North Stars history.

1x Mexico
1x Khan
2x Dar
2x Karpetsov

Not bad little career, but for the long term future of Toronto I think moving on from Lokitonov and getting a player that will peak with the rest of the prospects we are bringing up makes more sense. Stars

ML, memes aside. It's been a pleasure sharing a locker room with you since I've joined the site and seeing what you did with Loki and how consistently well he played gave me hope that some day I could make a player as good. Absolute legend of a player.

Been in this league for three seasons now and ML is up there with Mike Izzy as players that have formed my idea of a star forward. Gonna be weird to not covet you in fantasy.

I was thinking to myself recently that it would be totally logical for you to do this, great idea.

No huge surprise for me, because I knew about your plans, but still sad to see this one go. Definitely one of the best. Looking forward to your next player. Our team will definitely benefit from it in the long run.

Greatest player, I never got to pick in fantasy. Toronto is looking to be a scary team in a couple of seasons.
