S51 WJC Team World Roster

Hello, i’m RedCapeDiver, a i have been given the great honor of being the GM of this years S51 WJC Team World

So without further ado here is the roster for the S51 WJC Team World:

First off the returning players:

F - Rintarou Okabe Japan @ByrdeMan - Rintarou Okabe is a S50 Two-Way Center from Japan he plays for the Lethbridge Lions/ Newfoundland Berserkers and a prospect for the Buffalo Stampede. Last year he got 6 points for Team World while playing on the 3rd line, and is poised this year to take on a much bigger role for Team World

D - Disisde Dayudie Japan @"スウェグキング" -  Disisde Dayudie is a S50  Two-Way Defenseman from Japan a for the Lethbridge Lions/ Newfoundland Berserkers and a prospect for the Los Angeles Panthers. Dayudie scored 13 points during last years WJC while playing first pair minutes, and should be a strong force again for Team World

D - Akira Ren Japan @Velevra - Akira Ren is also a S50 Two-Way Defenseman from Japan and plays for the Lethbridge Lions/ Newfoundland Berserkers and a prospect for the Chicago Syndicate. Akira Ren played on the 1st pairing with Dayudie last WJC and got 11 points for Team World.

F - Kalevolaripaavo Käspertommevisnapuu  [Image: Flag-Estonia.jpg]  @AlwaysGettingHaxed :  Käspertommevisnapuu is a S50 Sniper Right Winger from Estonia and plays for the Kelowna Knights, and a prospect for the Los Angeles Panthers. Käspertommevisnapuu 4 goals and 4 assists for Team World last year.

F - Yamamoto Mitsuharu Japan @TML99 is a S50 Playmaker Right Wing from Japan and plays for the St. Louis Scarecrows and a prospect for the Minnesota Chiefs. Yamamoto Mitsuharu scored the most points last year of the returning players with 15 points.

D - Nicholas Owens Japan @Grum is a S51 Two-Way Defenseman from Japan and plays for the Anaheim Outlaws, and a prospect for the Buffalo Stampede. Nicholas Owens got seven assists for Team World last year.  

D - Zbigniew Pokrywka   [Image: pl-lgflag.gif] @thebigschnoz Zbigniew Pokrywka is a S50 Two-Way Defenseman from Poland plays for the Carolina Kraken and a prospect for the New Orleans Specters. Pokrywka recorded 8 assists last year, and lead the team in Hits and PIM’s with 29 apiece


G - Steven Vassallo Japan @libertines is a S51 Hybrid Goalie from Japan and plays for the Lethbridge Lions/ Newfoundland Berserkers and a prospect for the Winnipeg Jets. Vassallo recorded an .880 save percentage and a 2.72 GAA. Vassallo will again be looked to to be strong between the pipes for Team World

F - Dario Medici  [Image: Flag_of_Italy.svg_large.png?v=1485390695]  @ThatDamnWalrus Dario Medici is a S51 Sniper Right Wing from Italy and plays for the Vancouver Whalers and a prospect for the Texas Renegades. Medici is the last returning player from last year for Team World. He had 7 points for Team World last year.

For the rest of the team it will be their first WJC appearance

D - Adam Scianna norway @RedCapeDiver Adam Scianna is a S52 Two-Way Defenseman from Norway and plays for the Kelowna Knights and was drafted 3rd overall by the Texas Renegades in the recent S52 SHL Draft. Scianna scored 9 points in his rookie season with the Knights boasts a strong physical and defensive game leading the Knights rookies in Hits and Shots Blocked

F -  Velveteen Dream World @TheDangaZone Velveteen Dream is a S52 Playmaker Center for the Carolina Kraken and was drafted 28th overall by the New Orleans Specters in the recent S52 SHL Draft.. Dream lead the Carolina Kraken in almost every stat last year, Points, Hits, Shots, Pim’s

F - Borys Franciszek   [Image: pl-lgflag.gif]  @eddiesnothere Borys Franciszek is a S52 Power Right Wing from Poland  and plays for the St. Louis Scarecrows. Borys lead the Scarecrows rookies and was even second on the entire St. Louis roster in Hits with 107 and PIM’s with 56

F - Wishy Woo Woo World @Frostbite Wishy Woo Woo is a S52 Offensive Left Wing for the Anchorage Armada and was drafted 47th overall by the Edmonton Blizzard in the recent S52 SHL Draft. Woo Woo scored seven points for the Armada during the regular season, and was apart of their Four Star Cup run.

D - Ambacas Cuddles  [Image: 7f01e3c837.png]  @"cpetrella"  Ambacas Cuddles is the first of our S53 Rookies. He is a Defensive Defenseman from the Land of Gumba. He was selected 15th overall by the Carolina Kraken in the Recent S52 SMJHL Draft.  Much like his name suggests, Cuddles is a unit of a man, coming in at 7’ 9” and 350 lbs. Ambacas Cuddles is strong in both his defense and puck handling.

F - Danny White  [Image: Flag-of-The-Netherlands3.png] @Insayne Danny White is a S53 Offensive Center Rookie from the Netherlands. He was selected 10th overall by the Anchorage Armada in the Recent S52 SMJHL Draft  Danny White has a strong shot and puck handling, while also not sacrificing defense.

G - Frans Eller  [Image: 2000px-Flag_of_Denmark.svg.png]  @Ace Frans Eller is a S53 Hybrid Goalie rookie from Denmark. He was selected 20th overall by the Carolina Kraken in the Recent S52 SMJHL Draft. Frans Eller is strong in Reaction Time and Hand Speed, and should be a strong back up for Team World behind Steven Vassallo

F - Salomon Frosty norway @jsteele14 Salomon Frosty is a S53 Offensive Left Wing from Norway. He was selected 59th overall by the Anchorage Armada in the Recent S52 SMJHL Draft He is strong in moving the puck through shooting, passing, and puck handling.

D - Axel Meszaros   [Image: Flag_of_Hungary.svg] @ml002 Axel Meszaros is a S53 Two-way Defenseman Rookie from Hungary. He was selected 8th overall by the St Louis Scarecrows in the Recent S52 SMJHL Draft. Axel is an all round player in both his defensive and offensive categories.

D - Erben Kasius   [Image: Flag-of-The-Netherlands3.png] @Paq is a S53 Offensive Defenseman rookie from The Netherlands He was selected 16th overall by the St Louis Scarecrows in the Recent S52 SMJHL Draft  .And such as his role states he is best in the offensive categories

F - Lucas Hellquist norway :@NightRobin Lucas Hellquist is a S53 Playmaker Right wing rookie from Norway. He was selected 28th overall by the St Louis Scarecrows in the Recent S52 SMJHL DraftLucas Hellquist is a great all around player and is equally good at all parts of the game

F - Chris Cerullo norway @ChrisFromRMNB Chris Cerullo is a S53 Two-Way Center rookie from Norway. He was selected 1st overall by the Colorado Raptors in the Recent S52 SMJHL Draft. Cerullo is strong both offensively and defensively, as well as his skating ability

F - Hiroshi Ohira Japan @Finetales Hiroshi Ohira is a S53 Offensive Right Wing from Japan.He was selected 3rd overall by the Colorado Raptors  in the Recent S52 SMJHL Draft  Hiroshi Ohira is strong on his skates and and move the puck well, and is also our final player to make the roster.
