the jersey change on this is a good starting point, just be wary of how your color swap bleeds like in the areas of the goalie mask. the logo is nicely placed and is just a step or two from blending in well. other than that there is not much going on. try incorporating other images by layering them over the picture and using different blending options while playing with the opacity. cutting the render out can also open up a ton of potential for custom backgrounds and give you more control over certain aspects of your sigs. there are many guides you can find in the resource area of the graphics section, or you can try to get some tips from fellow users who inspire you to do graphics. most of us dont mind helping out one bit. try pulling your text in closer to your player, even touching or overlapping said player, as the goal is to make your sig feel like one cohesive piece. the vertical crop you have here works nicely but there is a ton of empty space on the right of the sig, cropping that out could help as well.
