This is pretty cool. The composition layout is great and with a few edits, this could be getting paid a bit more. The masking on the player render is the biggest weakness in all of the custom elements. the render has pretty soft outlines (the outer glow helps to hide this a little). the forward arm and back elbow are some of the more glaring spots. The Eagle head also has a few rogue lines around the feathers. The chest logo is stretched a little further than it needs to be, particularly for how the dimensions of the raiders logo are. The custom number addition is a nice touch, however it brings us to the topic of the color matching. taking a full-color jersey and changing it to match can be tricky. for black, try to desaturate the piece before recoloring, that way the gloves dont somehow seem dark than the rest of the jersey. The text is awesome, no complaints. works really well with the stock brushes chosen to enhance the background. Lots of cool parts here.

Great style, clever use of the transparent mask, and always good to see another animal player.
