You know how difficult it is to even find maybe 5-6 people that regularly grade something? Just 1-2 months ago were down to 3 active graders.
It would completely change the dynamic though. You're not asking people to have a knowledge of editing and critique techniques used. You're asking someone to look at 10 graphics and give them a rating 1-10 based on first impression.
That would open up the field of people who feel qualified to grade immensely.
Pay 200k a survey filled out and your pool of candidates would be huge I'm betting.

what that loses, unfortunately, is the feedback - it is the hardest part of the job, but i, at least, find it really valuable. i do like your idea, though

It wouldn't be the worst thing in the world if we had a graphics discord where techniques were discussed and people could give each other feedback on their graphics.

It’s not as though people give legitimate feedback though, at least in my experience. There’s nothing on how to improve, it’s just x part is bad

i think thats still helpful advice though, it tells you what areas to work on for your next sub, no? its difficult to give out more specific advice without knowing things such as the program somebody is using, id ask in the graphics discord for more specifics
