Hello one and all, welcome to the S51 Anaheim Outlaws Team Awards 
I am your former GM SpartanGibbles and I want to thank all of the players and staff for their hard work last season. I want to start out by addressing the concern that the Anaheim HOF is not present. I have decided to separate the posts so each can have their own spotlight. So this post will be for the S51 Team Awards and the S48 Anaheim HOF will follow shortly after.

 

We have our annual team awards to give out, some determined by the players performance in the regular season, and some voted on by the players and management. We will start with the statistical awards.


The first award of the night is The Quickdraw Award.
This award goes to the player who scored the most goals during the regular season.
This season's winner notched 24 goals in 50 games to lead the team.
The Winner for S51 is....

























Kevin Robinson
Robinson's 24 Goals sets a new Franchise record. The previous record was 21 achieved by multiple players in Anaheim's history.




The second award in our statistical category is The Reload Award.
The Reload Award goes to the player who had the most assists in the regular season.
The winner of the award this season tallied up 33 assists in 50 games played.
The Winner of The Reload Award for Season 51 is.....


































Ursin Zimmermann
Zimmermann had an impressive season offensively, leading all Anaheim Defensemen in points.







The next award we have to give out is The Bounty Hunter Award.
This award goes the player that scored the most points in the regular season.
The winner for Season 51 had 51 points in 50 games played.
The Winner of the Season 51 Bounty Hunter Award is.....




































Kevin Robinson
Robinson's 51 point season secures them the Single Season Points record for the franchise. It was 1 point better than the previous record set last season by Nick Connolly.





The 4th statistical award is The Bruised and Bloody Award.
This award goes to the player with the most hits during the regular season.
This season's recipient posted a total of 78 hits over the course of 50 games.
The winner of the Season 51 Bruised and Bloody Award is.......






























Nicholas Owens
Owens takes home this award beating out second place by just 2 hits.





The next statistical award we have to give out is the Taking a Bullet Award.
This award is given out to the player who blocks the most shots during the regular season.
The winner of the award this season had 68 shots blocked during the season
The Season 51 Taking a Bullet Award goes to.......






































Ursin Zimmermann
Zimmermann continues to prove their skill picking up a second award and narrowly edging out Owens by 3 shots blocked.




The final statistical award for the night is The Jailbird Award.
This award goes to the player who spent the most time in the penalty box during the regular season.
The season's Jailbird winner amassed a total of 54 penalty minutes this season.
The winner of the S51 Jailbird Award is....






























Nicholas Owens
Owens wins the Jailbird Award for their second season in a row with 4 more penalty minutes that last season's total and 19 more than second place.




With that we come to the end of the statistical team awards for tonight's ceremony. We have reached the halfway point in the ceremony and that means it is time for the intermission and some entertainment. As has become tradition we welcome a musical act through bringing one half back from the dead.

Back to the ceremony as we move into the Team Voted Awards.


As is tradition with the Award's Ceremony, we start this section of the Team Voted Awards with The Greenhorn Award.
This award is the for the best rookie as voted by the players and management.
The winner this season's Greenhorn Award scored 32 points in their rookie campaign.
The Winner of the Season 51 Greenhorn Award is......





































Rhys Pritchard
Prtichard came just 1 point short of matching the Rookie Scoring record set lats season by Alex Petrenko . Like last season's winner, Pritchard also won the SMJHL Esa Anrikkanen Award for ROTY.





The second Team Voted Award we have to give out is The Cold Steel Award.
The Cold Steel Award goes to the best defenseman as voted on by players and management.
The recipient of this years award was a constant threat from the blueline and has been a major part of Anaheim's successes.
The Winner of S51 The Cold Steel Award is......







































Ursin Zimmermann
Zimmermann stood out on a team with many talented defenders as one of the league





The next award we have to give out is The Desperado Award.
This award is given to the teams best forward as voted on by the players and management.
This season's winner set a new record for points scored by a forward surpassing last season's winner.
The Winner of the Season 51 Desperado Award is....























Kevin Robinson






The next award on our schedule is The Final Stand Award.
This award is given to the best goaltender as voted on by the players and management. 
The winner of the Season 51 Final Stand Award is...





































Strom Chamberlain

Chamberlain came in as a rookie goalie and gained the trust of the team to nab the starting spot between the pipes.




The fifth award in this section of the ceremony is the Wanted Poster Award.
This award is given to the loudest voice in the Locker Room as voted on by the players and management.
Which Outlaw has the biggest mouth.......

We had many nominees for this award which tells me the LR is a great place full of people who want to speak up and take charge.



The next award to give out is The Campfire Lighter Award.
This award goes to the best locker room leader as voted on by the players and management.
The winner of the Season 51 Campfire Lighter Award is.....


































Ivan Maximus
Maximus wins this award for the third season in a row and is the single recipient for the second season in a row. As the former GM, I love to see players so engaged with the LR and the future of the franchise.




The following award is one that celebrates the hard work our members put into the media section of the site.
It is called The Read All About It Award and it is given to the team voted favorite media piece.
The winner of the S51 Read All About it Award is....

The next award encompasses the efforts of our players in the post season and it is named The One Last Job Award.
This award goes to the Playoff MVP as voted on by the players and management.
The winner of the S51 One Last Job Award is....







































Kevin Robinson


The last team voted award we have to give out is the highest team award we vote on.
It is called The Ringleader Award and it is given to the team's most valuable player for the season as voted on by the players and management.
This award had 4 players nominated

Rhys Pritchard
All of these players are outstanding examples of team leaders and while only 1 can win the award, being nominated is an honor in it's own right.
