I like that you guys rehashed what you were doing for grading sigs. Doing the panel based grading makes the grading seem a little more fairly distributed, doesn't force grader's to be the bad guy by dishing out 1s to someone's face, and still allows for feedback and praise.

Way to take some ideas from that thread last week and be open to changing how you do things. Easier or harder for you guys, it's still really nice to see a level of commitment to improving on what people have had issues with and to think critically about how you do your job, and I want to give you guys major props.
