While this self-quarantine has come at the exact wrong time for most people, I'm not really that fussed. I have a net up in my basement so I can just shoot away down there and practice my shot. I've been studying film to practice my defense and faceoffs while I do have a small patch of ice in my basement as well, which allows me to practice my skating acceleration, speed, and endurance. When not practicing, I relax by binging shows on Netflix such as The English Game, Cheer, and The Inbetweeners. It's a good way to get a laugh out and chill out, as i get a bit intense while practicing. I've also been playing a lot of video games. I play a lot of FIFA, especially career mode, where I've managed AFC Wimbledon to the Premier League, and I enjoy SHL 52 as well because I get to play as myself.

Before completely being able to stay at home and not having to leave the house anymore, Harry would make sure to have all the essentials at hand. While toilet paper might be very high on the list of other people during these times, Harry would buy some more coffee, just in case, because you really wouldn't want to run out of coffee, right? You can't drink toilet paper after all (I mean you could try, but let's no go there). Luckily we live in modern times that have services like Amazon (Prime) among others and in the worst case they would deliver coffee to your house.
Once that essential part is secured Harry wouldn't have a problem staying inside for a longer period of time. There are so many things you can do at home. Sleep, play video games, watch Netflix, read e-books, try out new recipes, do yoga and of course, you guessed it, drink coffee. As long as the internet connection is working without problems, he can stay in touch with friends and teammates. Besides all that, Harry is used to being alone, so he definitely won't feel lonely.

For Danny, quarantine isn't the worst thing in the world.

As an SMJHL player, his daily regimen of training, game(s), and travel leaves very little time for quality sleep. Thus, Danny is enjoying the opportunity to sleep in until Noon and wear his comfy clothes all day. Rudy, his dog, is enjoying the extra belly rubs.
Most of his neighbors in his apartment building are his Scarecrow teammates, so playing video games on the building's WiFi network and a party line is a daily occurrence. XBOX Live games with Strom (@Geekusoid),Rhys (@notoriousTRON), and Cal (@Mutedfaith) has been a fun learning curve; Danny's usually a PC guy.

If he feels the need for fresh air, he goes out to his balcony and jogs in place for a few minutes.

As far as training goes, Danny does spend at least a couple of hours curling weights, some quieter calisthenics like crunches and push-ups (no jumping jacks on the 4th floor). His experiment with YouTube yoga tutorials was a total failure.
He spends a lot of time juggling a tennis ball through mini traffic cones on the hardwood floors, with Rudy gamely blocking a small net against the dining room wall and bringing the ball back. The Wire Fox Terrier is a better goalie than some Danny's played against.

He ordered groceries and had them delivered to the front desk early in the week, so he doesn't have to go out. He even managed to get a small pack of toilet paper.
He's ordered from UberEats a few times when he doesn't want to cook.

As much as he's turned the virus into a vacation, he'd like to return to hockey as soon as possible. Please, wash your hands, cough and sneeze into your arm, and Stay Safe, everybody.

Being flatmates with team captain, Rhys Pritchard (@notoriousTRON), Strom decided to chime in amongst team leadership and Anaheim's front office while undergoing the stay at home aspect of "quarantine".  Not only does this help keep him motivated and in the know on certain league aspects, it helps him as a newly minted Alternate Captain pass on information to the rest of the team as needed so that they can maintain a constant state of readiness for when the league is able to go back live.

When relaxing though, Strom has been known to break out NHL '20, and he believes that he has gotten Rhys slightly addicted to it.  Friend requests on X-Box Live were sent out to opposing captains Cal Labovitch (@Mutedfaith) and Danny Marston (@Capt_Blitzkrieg), as all have...despite their rivalries...become fairly good friends outside of the rink.  If they can't skate against each other, perhaps instead they can team up and trounce the troll kids online...or get rolled themselves.  Regardless, Strom makes every attempt not to leave the apartment unless he has to in order to help #flattenthecurve.

Quarantine time is a great time to reflect on who you are as a person and what you do. Kaspars has taken his time to do a couple of things.
1) Read books. Watching some youtube videos of like the behind the scenes of professional athletes and teams, one thing really stuck with Kaspars. That one thing was that you need to find a hobby that will entertain you and take your mind off of things. If the only thing and worry you have on your mind is hockey and the SHL, you will burnout. A little escape to relax and to give your body and mind a break is great. For Kaspars, he found that reading books is a great downtime and a great way to entertain himself.
2) Home workouts. Seasons are long here in the SHL and with various workouts needed with the team, a break from the weight room is good. Unfortunately, there isnt a gym in the Claude residence so he has to go to home workouts. But these body weight workouts with high intensity is a great way to challenge his body to ways he has not challenged them yet. Tricking your body and using a different workout style will give different benefits.
3) Cooking. No more chef coming into the house to cook. And it is forsure that I will not eat frozen food and delivery for this whole time being so I am going to learn how to cook. I better have a lot of pans and a good alarm because I will definitely burn some at first.

Carlos doesn't mind quarantine, after hockey his favorite activity is staying home and doing very little.
Since he does have to stay in shape though he changed his routine a little. Carlos wakes up every morning at 6am, and runs around his Colorado studio appartment a couple thousand times (it's very small). Then he bench presses his coffee table upon which sits his dog a few times, squats with said dog over his shoulder a few times and runs again.
Once that's done there's not much left to do on the list of daily tasks. Carlos can then sit on the couch and play SHL 20 on PS4 as he tries to advance the career of his virtual player who, like him, currently plays in the juniors for the Colorado Raptors. Clearly Carlos takes social distancing very seriously as even before the epidemic, no friends or family ever came to see him.

Quarantine baby! Every lazy person’s dream. It’s not just that you aren’t going anywhere…. But you CAN’T go anywhere. No excuse needed! Geezus Kryyst is having a blast. So far he was watched the first two seasons of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel on Amazon video. Additionally, Animal Crossing New Horizons just came out and he has been building his totally awesome island. Geezus was also able to unlock his level 15 cloak in World of Warcraft. Kryyst continues to work on his create a player in Road to the Show on MLB The Show 20 and build an excellent HUT team in NHL20. His current team rating is 94 with his best players being Mario Lemieux (97 overall) and Wayne Gretzky (94 Overall). He also was able to watch several baseball movies including A League of Their Own, Major League, and Rookie of the Year. Lastly, your boy did a back to back to back screening of the Back To The Future trilogy.

Well, it takes 2 seconds to realize what Jack Kanoff will be doing all quarantine season. Pull up a website that's rated 18+ for good reason and just get a little wank in. I mean, the dude's name is not Jack Kanoff for no reason. Pornhub, xvideos, xHamster, xnxx, YouPorn, it does not matter, Jack Kanoff will be doing just that, jacking off. He believes it helps him in more ways than one. Jack strongly believes that jacking off helps with his mental health after a long and grueling season, not to mention one that ended in a disappointing fashion. He believes that it reduces his chances of getting prostate cancer later on in life along with the fact that it boosts his immune system, protecting him from the deadly COVID-19 (Corona virus). Another thing that Jack believes in is the fact that jacking off gives him a nice self-esteem boost and makes him a more fun guy to be around, it helps him become more successful with the ladies and who knows, maybe one day he won't need to wank himself off. But until that one day, Jack Kanoff faithfully waits at home, 1 wank at a time.
