No idea what happened, but if you're suggesting that punishments should be based off of how much the person in question has, and not what they did, I think that's just wrong.

Maybe he doesn't feel it too much, maybe that's not the point. Maybe it discourages something from happening in the future.

Im saying a 1M fine isnt a punishment. And it discourages nothing.

But whats so wrong about relating punishment to wealth? If anything it makes sure there's no 'Im rich so I can do whatever the hell I want' - culture.

I think money punishments need to be based on bank account. Like - 10% of balance or 20% of balance. If guy with 80 millions lose 20%, he actually loses something. Now it was like he donated that 1M to league, because why not.
